So disappointed with my recent order. The fries and corn were not only overcooked and dry but also appeared to have been reheated multiple times. This quality is far below what I expected! Will Never order from this place again????????????????????
This location should be closed by the Sanitation Department. It is extremely dirty. The floor seems like it hasn't been mopped for months (sandals stick to floor), trash all over, on tables and below tables, soda machine filthy, store front windows filthy, glass from dining area to kitchen filthy (sauce all over glass). Bathroom filthy! The folks working there obviously do not care about the cleanliness of the place. This must be reported elsewhere.
This location has been solid, especially the past few months. Store looks better and the employees seem more enthused to be there. Hot honey on the chicken sandwiches are my favorite , great job to the management team for bringing this store above standards, it’s back to being my favorite location !!
I just decided to grab something to eat on the way to work. There were only 2 customers in front of me so I figured it would be quick. It turns out they were just friends with the female cashier and ordering a massive amount of free food. The 2 girls in line were thanking the cashier for hooking it up and all. One even grabbed her own cup from behind the counter. I stood there for 5 minutes while a few workers briefly made eye contact and one went to refill his soda. It seemed like they were not interested in doing any work or having me order something. Not one worker acknowledged me so I left with no time to get anything else on the way to work and hungry.
This location's service is terrible, I had a pickup order and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours, granted they were busy and were giving out complimentary free drinks to only select people probably only to people that waited less than 2 hours as a prize or something because I surely didn't get one, but the fact of the matter is waiting 2 hours at a fast food restaurant for an order that was placed about half an hour before that is unacceptable, and all that only for them to get the order completely wrong. Would not suggest ordering from this location unless you wanna waste a couple hours because this is a reoccurring theme.
I was here a week ago, I ordered 5 corns, 6 tenders, and 10 hot honey rub. I came in I started see the employees on their phones, and then touching the food that a food safety violation. My tenders was slightly uncooked, my corn was a lil burnt. The drink station was Amess. Everything was sticky including the tables not be cleaned. I didn’t like how the dreaded head men with was color eyes was yelling at his employees, It was too much going on I understand it’s not my business , I type of person who doesn’t like to much noises.
I come to this place all the time, and I get mistakes happen and things are forgotten. However, this is like the second or third time something was forgotten that I paid for, and I didn’t want to leave a review because I enjoy the food. However, I enjoy getting what I paid for even more. I mean, last week when I came in, I got a large fry to share with my brother and you only gave me half the fries. Also, I ordered two diet cokes and you gave me one Diet Coke and one Coke Zero.
Tonight, I ordered a 10-wing combo with a large cheese fry with an extra ranch and extra cheese. While I got my ranches, I didn’t get either cheeses, which is what I paid extra for. I know it’s just $6. However, I still paid for it and didn’t receive it: I ordered this to go and I don’t have a car, so it’s not like I could drive back to get it. I’m just really frustrated because it seems like recently you guys are either skimping on fries or forgetting an extra sauce.
Hi placed an order for bundle meal I was ordered 16 boneless wing with tender and large fries. I only received 8 boneless wings and the fries where soggy tried to call the store but all you get is automated person that says will connect you to store when you are finally connected says no one can take ur call I placed 7 calls with no luck! Taking people money and no fulfilling their order correctly is not right! I paid for the food this establishment needs to do better and hire better employees
