I order WingStop several times a week. Everyone is so friendly whether in person or on the phone. I have never had an issue. My wings are always fresh and delicious. The blue cheese dressing is like no other. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service.
The best Wing restaurant in Kankakee county!!! I'm a full-time Door Dasher and I get a lot of deliveries for this place! It compelled me to try them out for myself and their food is always cooked fresh, hot and amazing. The staff go out of their way for customers!! My own experience getting food there is what makes them my absolute favorite place for take out!!!
I had an exceptional experience today! They had many times where they could have been rude or not do their jobs well. But everyone working went the extra mile for every customer that walked in. Never did I see one employee not cleaning or doing something for the success of their establishment. Very pleased and will return!
Zero stars for the food and service. How in the hell can you sell and serve raw food. My food is raw, like when I say raw it’s raw my bbq wings, the lemon pepper wings was overly salty and the fries were greasy as hell. It’s like they just flash cooked the food tossed it in the lemon pepper and poured the bbq sauce on top of it and gave it to me. It’s sad that businesses like this would sell food like that. The health department needs to be called on them asap.
I mean typically when you order wings tossed in sauce at a wing place they toss it in sauce. Must have forgot the memo today that's how you do it. They literally got more sauce on the wrapper in the box then on the wing.
I ordered 8 wings, they were burnt to a crisp with little to no meat on them whatsoever. They were tough and chewy. I would HIGHLY recommend double checking the quality of the food served to you before you leave. Update: I called the store to see how they might be able to help fix my order. The employee that "helped" me was rude and not willing to help make their mistake right. Terrible service
I arrived at 11:40 to pickup my order that was supposed to be ready at 11:45. My order wasn't ready because there were no employees there.
Also, the portions were MUCH smaller than what I've came to expect.
Additionally the paper my food was on looked used.
And lastly, I had 7 pieces instead of 8.
The man who mainly takes our orders is very nice and a great listener. He’s very kind to us EVERYTIME we come in and we haven’t had issues at this place at all.The food is very delicious and well seasoned, no faults yet! Come here when you can!
