i had ordered online on the app. i ordered the meal deal and in that order i had ordered 3 lemon pepper. and cajun fries. when i received my order i received the boneless wings the size of my thumb and the fries were THE saltiest fries ever even though i had ASKED for regular seasoning it was more than the extra amount seasoning. i had to throw them away because it was too salty and not edible to eat!!!!!!
I would definitely not recommend this Wingstop. Save your money and go to hoots across the street.I walked in being placed on hold for over 10 minutes and walked into a line of people going to pick up their orders. Meanwhile, the attendee that is supposed to have been working in the front was refilling the cups. I was still on hold once I got to the front, I informed them that I had been placed on hold for 10 minutes and that was very unprofessional to be attending you customers when there is someone on hold for over 10 minutes she informed me that they were very busy which I Understand, but it took me to come there walking to get my order placed once I mentioned this to the employees all employees ganged up on me to argue back-and-forth. I understand that it is frustrating but they inform me that the other employees weren’t supposed to be taking calls and as you can see in the pictures I have attached were just standing there talking while waiting for the wings to finish cooking. I feel very frustrated because I service if the customer is giving you a complaint, you don’t argue with them. You help them understand and make them feel better to come back. This was very unprofessional and very rude, I don’t understand why these ladies are in the service. They are working for when they can’t handle a customers. Also, the facility is very dirty. Would not recommend this. I would honestly recommend going to hoots that’s across the street.
Horrible management and horrible service. What a shame. I go In for pick up and they say they can't find my order so I request a refund and they say they can't.?? On top of that they gave me the wrong order who do we contact .?!?! They give you the run around when trying to resolve your dilemma in store what kind of circus animals you guys hire for workers ??? The only guy who attempted to try and help me was Kelvin Sanchez but all he could answer me was to come back tomorrow morning.. pissed off because I keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt, but it's ridiculous.
My overall experience at wing stop was a pleasure the chicken tenders were amazing and fresh! the fry’s are not over salted & the Mangano habanero wings are to die for. they’re not stingy with sauces & the Manager Victor was friendly & attentive .
The waiting area was very busy, but the workers were very polite and moving quickly to get everyone their orders. The wings and fries were delicious. I recommend ordering online and picking up to cut down your wait time. I will come back to this location again.
Delicious food is worth trying again
This place has some serious issues with basic active listening skills. Twice I told cashier that i was missing 60 wings. My order was wrong and had to wait an hour to get my order placed correctly. Another customer ahead of me had the same issue. The wings are not worth the wait. Please find another location for wings.

Food is delicious, but my 5 ⭐ is to Kelvin the guy who takes orders and who attends customer and delivery drivers,, he is so professional and not matter how busy he is, always has a good attitude and he is so respectful. Congratulations to Wingstop for having employees like him. ????
