The food was fresh, and the service was good. We had to wipe our table, and the soap in the women’s restroom was pretty blah. We’ll be back though!
Omgosh I've found my new spot!!! Wingstop on N. Tarrant (Presidio) in Ft. Worth!!! Absolutely the BEST experience! I'd ordered ahead of time online thru Uber Eats, and had left some stuff off my order. Normally I wouldn't have bothered trying to fix my mistake, because I've not had the greatest experience with the OTHER location I've been to when I needed something... but these guys were GREAT!! Monica (the manager) added sauce to my wings and made sure it was exactly what I wanted, even checking with me twice to be sure it was right! You could tell this staff works really well together too, working as a team on orders, laughing and totally enjoying being there! Marcus, Matthew, Nigel & Eddrain were hustling in the back, working to get orders out... No goofing around or employees on cell phones!! It's good to see how things run when you've got a good manager working with a great staff. I will definitely support this location going forward- customer service was excellent as I didn't feel like I was being a pain in the butt asking them to do extra things for my order!!! FIVE STARS all around for these guys,!!!

This location is awesome. The atmosphere is always great and the workers are so nice and fun. Weekends get really busy but they work very hard and you can see it. People here only want to post the negative comments for attention and to try to prove a point.
The guy up front who took my order was great and friendly. He was aware of all the orders and what was needed. My order was simple and he got me in and out. Even thought he was great, his team was lacking and he needs better help.
I was gonna leave a bad review because they took kind of long on my delivery order.But the girl with long braids was very sweet to me and offered me a drink.So you get five stars because of her
This has to be the worst wingstop location that I’ve ordered from. I ordered the gametime flavored bundle for carry out. When I came to pick it up, all they gave me was the wings, no side, no sauce which came with it. I didn’t check the order before I leave since I have never have any issue with winstop before. I called them to ask but they hung up on me 3 times.
I even gave them 20% tip

I don't write many reviews and normally try to stay positive but this Wingstop has terrible service. Food takes way too long and the standards for management are obviously very low here. Go to other Wingstops other than this one. Employees literally jacking around while many customers are waiting for their food. Saw employees literally in front talking to their S.O. while working. (Could have been on break, but a bad look overall to not be working while customers are waiting for food) Food took about an hour for online ordering. No sense of urgency for the service.
Update: never received my food. Was told it was still on its way. Turns out they were never making my online order. Told them I no longer wanted the order and just wanted a refund to leave. They did offer to make my meal immediately but my experience was already ruined by then. Ordered at 8:22 and left at 9:30 no food.
