I had a taste for Wingstop and now that I received my food, I remember why I had not ordered in a while. The fries were warm, cooked kinda hard and not fully seasoned. I got lemon pepper wings and because I know they don’t season them enough for me they wanted to charge me $2 for some extra seasoning. Asked if they can put more seasoning on them and it still looked bare and very greasy. I think I’m done with this location.
Franklin. Oh, Franklin. The big guy working behind the register. I'm not sure if a few screws are loose or not, but this guy was terrible. 30 minutes after ordering, no wings. I asked for refund because I was ready to leave. He pointed at the door and said, "There's the door". Franklin, I wasn't rude with you, why the need to be rude to a customer? Then, he says he can't give a refund, his manager left at 7pm...
I think he was a child, not too sure, but this was unreal. Then, he walked to the kitchen and said something to the cooks, who had no sense of urgency whatsoever to do their job. Food came out finally after 40 minutes, fries cold, wings average. First time at Wing Stop and never will go again. Calling the owner so he is aware. Possibly, he will tell Franklin, "There's the door".
I recently visited the Wingstop on Smoketown Rd and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Victor, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and efficient. He made sure my order was correct and even offered some great recommendations. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Wingstop location and commend Victor for his outstanding service!
I was so hype to get wingstop tonight. I haven’t had it in awhile so I put my order in online. I got the wings after waiting quite awhile and as soon as I bit into the first one I knew it was a problem. It had the smell and taste of old wings. I was hoping it was just that one, but I tried to peel off the chicken from two more and same smell and taste. $20 down the drain. At least the corn was good!
I came in with my friend on thursday for the 25 boneless deal. Not only was the store clean & orderly but Stephanie personally made sure our food got out efficiently! Everything was hot & delicious. i’ve been a regular customer at this location for some time & in the last month there have been major improvements in experience quality! Props to Stephanie & the team.
Today I went to wingstop off of smoke town rd in woodbridge. Kathleen took my order and prepared my food. She was AMAZING. the good was also Amazing. I got the lunch special 10 traditional wing (Parm Garlic) with cheese fries and drink. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH. My wings were extra crispy just like I liked them. My cheese fries were covered in the cheese sauce. Thank u so much Kathleen and the Wingstop team for making my experience a great one.
The worker that was present at the front taking orders in 08/29/2024 at 1pm was absolutely rude. He seemed annoyed to take my husband’s order and seemed bothered to do his job. Then when I came up to order, he was on his phone with his ear bugs on. I stood in front of him for a minute and a half thinking he would notice. Well he didn’t and I ended up asking him “hi can you take my order please”. He took my order and then I sat down. Multiple people came after us and he took their order. My husband and I waited for 20-30 mins for our wings and by 1:20pm we were done and ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere. Yet all the people who came before us who put in an order got their food almost immediately. I think the worker was holding our orders back on purpose. Very rude and disappointed that wing stop is hiring people with bad customer service.
ordered pickup on uber eats
said it was “ready for pickup” but the dodo birds in the back either didnt make it or didn’t receive it. and pretty much said “ call uber, get f’d”.
glad i got my kid with me so i dont crash out
