Well the Food was okay, could've been Better. I Enjoyed my Chicken Sandwich but the Wings seemed over cooked they looked all tiny and shriveled up. The Service wasn't bad but I had to literally wait an Hour for a 6 piece Wings, Fries and a Chicken Sandwich! The Inside doesn't seem to be designed to hold guest it looks more like a waiting room then a Fast Food Restaurant!
Awesome establishment if you like feeling like you’re a bother for speaking to them. After coming to pick up an online order 30 minutes after placing it, was told it was not ready. Sat in for another 30 minutes patiently, minding my business- realizing it was busy and knowing how good service can be… just to learn it was sitting on the pickup rack the whole time. Probably should get employees who can read a receipt ticket. But it’s entertaining to hear the drama and watch them snack on food while you starve..
This establishment is a favorite. I don’t eat here often but when I do it’s always clean and professional. Today the cashier Jazmine immediately greeted me and placed my order. She was kind and even gave me a flavor taste for my wings. I honestly appreciate great service and now a days it seems to be asking a lot. It’s safe to say the management is doing a great job making a comfortable work environment.

The inside was clean with two benches at the window to sit down at to wait for your order. Highly recommend the Spicy Korean flavor. Perfect blend of spice (that’s not overpowering) and sweetness
Order came out pretty quickly and was delicious

I have eaten from here a handful of times and picked up doordash orders from here as well. The employees don't give a crap about their jobs for starters. With this most recent purchase from here I got FOOD POISONING! More than likely from the sauce that they used, it was probably expired! Managers need to do BETTER on this location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION GO TO ANY OTHER!!
This store moved much faster than the North Augusta store. I didn't call in (I didn't know what i wanted or order online--I was driving), so I was a little nervous it was going to take forever to get my food. I was in and out less than 8 minutes, I think. This store removed its dine in seating, so it's set up for takeout.
My food was fast, cooked correctly, and not dried out. Staff were young but appeared knowledgeable, friendly, and not horsing around in the food prep areas.
No gloves worn by anyone here. Saw someone walk in, clock in and directly go to food prep area. Personally o think this is a bad policy. Good review anyway … menu in pictures
I love the food, but the service sucks. No one wants to be there, and you are bothering them by being there. Its something everytime. This time, my food sat on the shelf while they ignored me. Finally get my order, walk out to my vehicle, No ranch. I should have 2 and for 1.20 each, I want my ranch. Walk back in and she wants to look through my bag to make sure I'm not lying, so I walked back to the vehicle, get the bag and walk back in, as soon as she sees me walk in the door, she walks away so I have to ask the other woman about the ranch. Now I wait while they search my bag and whisper like I'm trying to get over on them for the ranch that I didn't get but paid for. On top of that my food is cold now... SMH I'm done with wingstop until they get better service and all they do is Togo at that location...
