Wow what a great change in atmosphere. Haven't been here in a while although we do eat Wings often it's been a while since I have been to this location. i have had a bit of a frustrating day. The unit we were renting had a pipe burst so now I'm here at the motel 6 with my family trying to make the best out of the situation and I have definitely been in a bit of a "i have had it with lifes bullshit" mood. But as i have said before energy is contagious so when I walked into this place got greeted like I was actually welcomed, and treated like I'm actually a valued customer i can't even be in a bad mood or mad it felt like, well at least I can get my food and the people here are nice it smelled nice inside the Lids were all organized with cup holders in the back. Forks and everything nicely organized dont need to pick through left over utensils. everything stocked the Soda machine clean and not with a mountain of ice piled up I mean the place is just not the same. I feel the food industry has forgot allot about their customers after covid. Felt good to have such a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like it used to before covid and before so many fast food restaurants forgot what customer service is...think I need to make this my main location for Wings. I appreciate you guys!!!.
The cook freshly cooked my wings and was fast but unfortunately dehydrated my chicken and way too hard not enjoyable . Order was placed at 4pm
Food was absolutely trash, chicken was basically inedible. I had almost thrown up after eating the first wing, on top of that the fries I had basically tasted stale. Terrible, terrible food, DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW UP! I WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS
I ordered food well done extra fry seasoning. I got cold chicken and plain fries with no seasoning. Extra hungry still walked back for refund. Called for manager got the run around. Called for manager name got put on hold for 6 minutes and 43 seconds before I hung up and walked back for refund. No customer service skills whatsoever. As I’m getting my refund, the CHILDREN working there were saying the fries are the only thing we did wrong? What in the world
Went to a shopping center to go to Panera Bread. They were closed. But Wing Stop was open, and it had been a while since I are there, so I went in. The staff greeted me, and when I ordered an 8 piece, volunteered that I could get 2 flavors. AWESOME! They patiently gave me time to choose, and we so very pleasant and professional. My entire meal was wonderful. Wings were cooked just right, and the veges were a generous portion. I highly recommend this location for their courtesy and professionalism.
So nasty and cold. Got my order wrong and lied about it, hung up in my face then lied again when i called back. Waste of money and energy. They need to stop METHING AROUND IN THERE.
No Stars, found a zipper in my food, an ACTUAL ZIPPER.
Their kitchen is an absolute mess. How does an uncooked chicken strip even make it all the way to the register area??? Absolutely disgusting.
Also DO NOT order ahead. they'll make your food wayy ahead of time and just leave it sitting for over half and hour.
A coworker of mine ordered food for 4:15 and was already on the takeout shelves at 3:40
Its embarrassing how nearly a third of their reviews are 1 Stars, lol don't come here, you've got Chipotle, Subway, and Panera Bread next door.
Went yesterday night with my family and Rachel with the night shift crew made my night ...food was fresh hot and fast really MVP.!!
