The food here is not good. I had ordered the voodoo fries and there was absolutely nothing on them. The wings practically had no sauce and my food was cold despite showing up at the pickup time given. Think about going to another location before ordering from this one. The wing were also like 90% skin.
I swear, ordering wings from Wingstop is like playing culinary roulette. You spin the wheel, hoping for a dozen plump, saucy beauties, but sometimes, just sometimes, you get a curveball.
Today, that curveball came in the form of a single, forlorn wing in my 10-piece order that looked like it had gone a few rounds with a very hungry boxer. The bone was practically gleaming, picked clean like a Thanksgiving turkey carcass. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Did a rogue chicken only grow one wing? The world may never know, but one thing's for sure: next time, l'm counting those wings before I leave the parking lot. (I ate the one wing at home)
I ordered 20 bone in wings and 20 boneless wings but when I went to pick up my order I thought everything was in there but as soon as I got home to eat the wings they had only put 20 bone in wings in the bag and just threw the fries in the bag same with the cheese and ranch and the ranch had opened all over the fries so then I called back to hopefully get my 20 boneless wings especially since I spent over $60 on 40 wings and only got 20 and once I went I opened the bag and find only 10 wings and almost like they were just left over and they were cold and again once I was home I just called again to let them know and the lady on the phone was just laughing at us as if it was our fault and when I was in side getting my food it was just a bunch of young kids messing around in the back.
Always mess up our delivery order, 9 times out of 10. When we call in to have the order fixed they always have a bad mood and make it seem like we did something wrong. They sent (the picture attached) for 9 Hickory Smoked Boneless. SMH
As I walked in I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant. Their amazing hospitality as we were greeted. May I say one of the best experiences by far in a wing stop. I do want to say that two employees made my visit great. Would highly go again thanks to Julissa and Isaac.

Big disappointment. 1 meal of 2 couldn't eat.
My wife and I order the 6 piece bone in combo.
1 complaint the wings were all drums NO FLATS whatsoever.
We order separate combos so we can usually split flats and drums. As I can't eat the drums.
2 complaint the French fries were ordered well done, well they was soft, mushy and cold.
Order was picked as soon as it was bagged.
So 1 meal wasted and the added expense $$$ of finding something to eat elsewhere.
Don't know if it was the particular place in Penitas TX.
But not returning, maybe ( and that's a big maybe) be trying a different location.
Definitely not recommending this local Wing Stop☹️????
I ordered mango habanero and lemon pepper, I didn’t receive drinks with my order. & the wings were supposed to be well done. They were no where near well done.. they honestly needed a lot more time. My camera is broken if not I would have added a picture. If you’re wanting well done definitely make sure in person. I sent my husband so he wasn’t aware of the drinks nor well done.
We ordered 2 flavors (Garlic Parm and Lemon pepper) of wings and they were all plain. I also ordered all flats and they added drums. I asked for cheese and they only filled it up a quarter of the way????? They didn't serve a full "basket" of fries. What the hell is going on? Literally the only thing they got right was the carrots and celery.
