I was hesitant to go to this Wingstop given the prior reviews from months ago. My experience today was great as far as the service and the quality of the wings and fries. No complaints and I’ll be back assuming this trend continues upward.
Food came out fast, and was warm. The fries were missing a bit of salt but were good regardless. Employees were also very friendly.
What this place lacks in atmosphere, it makes up with service and food accuracy and taste.
I am very peculiar about both service and quality of food taste, especially when it comes to my wings. Emily took my order on the call and was behind the counter when I arrived, she was absolutely the most professional in both settings. Truly a great representation of what an ideal customer facing employee should be.
The kitchen staff nailed my order ( all wings, extra, extra crispy. )
Highly, highly hope the management team sees this now and review.
I go here a lot but recently theres been some issues with management or supervisors. I ordered online and sat inside for 40 minutes after my order said it would be done online. I understand being super busy and swamped trying to get everyones food out especially when there were at least 10 customers waiting for an answer but in times like these there should be someone who is in charge of dealing with the customers who are waiting it looked like my bag was on the shelf for some time
The wings tasted like they were old and just thrown in a to-go box before I got there. The fries were stale and it felt like the employees just gave us the left over food. The food was no where near warm/hot when I picked up my order, mind you, I had placed my order no more than 10 minutes before I arrived to this location since I live right down the road. The order we received was also not correct, I ordered an 6 pc order of boneless wings and an order of 10 bone in wings, they gave me boneless and it was so dry and hard. My teeth are so sensitive, I was scared I would chip them with how HARD they were. Trash, just horrible. If I could rate this location a 0 star, I would. I hope this review is what you needed to NOT go to this Wingstop location on Hammerly. You have been warned!!!
I recently visited Wing Stop and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I spent over $55 on an order with 30 wings and four tenders. Despite this, the cashier refused to provide any ranch for the tenders and insisted that the three ranches we received were "enough" for the entire order.
This makes no sense considering the size of the order, and it felt stingy and disrespectful, especially given how much we paid. When we questioned it, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no resolution or explanation beyond their refusal.
This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable for a place known for wings and dipping sauces. A little effort to accommodate customers goes a long way, and unfortunately, Wing Stop missed the mark entirely during this visit.
I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend others think twice before visiting if they value good customer service.
Normally I don't have a problem with this Wingstop but today 9/14/2024 I got placed on a 17 minute hold.
I called to try and add bleu cheese and ranch to my order but was placed on hold right away. Just got the message that a dasher was taking my order (I placed my order directly on Wingstop's website, so that's frustrating in its own right) so I guess I'm not getting any sauce. Pisses me off man. You don't need to put someone on hold that long.
Got to-go three large fries. Not a single fry had seasoning. Wings good though
