I really enjoy Wingstop wings, but tonight as I’m waiting for my online order one of the employees and his friend are standing near the register playing around. Somehow they flick their water bottles cap at me. I say, “The cap hit me.” They just laugh it off. No sorry. The friend leaves and the employee picks up the cap. I know it’s just a cap. I just don’t understand why the cap hitting me was funny. ???? On top of all of my order was wrong!
Ordered " WELL DONE" fries with "EXTRA" seasoning.
I got soggy almost uncooked fries with no seasoning at all.
This location is a joke, I do not recommend getting food from here.

Same issue with this location again! Ordered "WELL DONE" Fries with extra seasoning and guess what I got. Uncooked soggy fries with barely any seasoning. Order was made at 2:40pm on 3/11/24. Terrible service, terrible food.

Same issue with this location again! Ordered "WELL DONE" Fries with EXTRA seasoning and the cook that clearly doesn't care about his orders sends me barely cooked soggy fries with NO SEASONING at all, not a drop. I ordered the Cajun corn also and that was terrible, COLD like they been sitting on a shelf all day.
Put their food exactly where it belongs, IN THE TRASH ????
WINGSTOP GM PLEASE TAKE ACTION! DO YOUR JOB! THIS LOCATION RECEIVES MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS AND IS CONSTANTLY SERVING TERRIBLE FOOD QUALITY BUT NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT.
Ordered delivery for my family. Showed up within the allotted time, but only 2 of the 5 sauces were correct (3 of the incorrect sauces were for my kids of course). I called the store and was told they would fix the 3 incorrect sauces, BUT, I would have to go pick them up because they were not able to deliver. When I asked for a refund, the girl said she would ask her manager and hung up on me. Will never order from Wingstop again. Horrible experience
Food was as expected. The young lady taking our order was nice. The problem is they had music playing so loud in the kitchen I could not hear her. I had to have her repeat several times just to take our order. I didn’t mind that they were playing music but when it’s so loud you can’t hear the staff or each other while dining that’s just too loud. I won’t return again, as that’s one of the things enjoyable about eating out is conversation with friends and family. I felt like I was in a nightclub.
The bbq & Asian inspired citrus sauces aren't sweet at all. Bbq is more smokey than anything. The wings were overcooked and dry... even with the sauce. This place is not for me. It may be your cup of tea, or fry of wing. Idk
I ordered online and picked up some wings on superbowl Sunday - I was EXTREMELY impressed by their organization and they were within 5 minutes of the time my wings were supposed to be ready which with how many people were there was a pleasant surprise!!!! The wings were great and they didn’t let the rush caused by the number of orders bring down the quality
The service here was extremely disappointing. The employees were disrespectful and unwelcoming to customers. A female cashier didn’t even greet us and snapped at the waiting line, saying, “It’s going to be an hour wait.” This led us and five other groups behind us to leave and find somewhere else to eat. I’m not sure what’s happened to customer service these days, but this experience was far from acceptable.
I was very excited to try wingstop but have never been so disappointed in my life. It was one of the worst things I've had but the ranch was good. They had good customer service too. My sister is completely destroyed and scarred and is rocking herself in the corner. Don't recommend!
