Best WLM Reviews
I love this place! I have to grab myself a chicken sandwich every day! The staff are top notch and some of the best people I’ve met around here! The chicken is always thick and flavorful and juicy! I can’t find fries or chicken like theirs anywhere else! Highly recommend!
I should have looked at the reviews on this place because I now see why it has a 2.7 rating. At first, the food appeared like it was going to be good, but It was really awful. I just foolishly wasted $43 for one of the worst lunches. Please do not waste your time, money & calories. How can this placed be called Wingstop & have the worst wings, fries and fountain drinks.
Ordered a 20 boneless wing bundle and large corn on the Wingstop app. I arrived to the store at the the time the order was expected to be completed. I waited over 15 minutes past the expected completion time. I got my order took it home and opened it to find my large order of corn was not in the bag. Called the store, the employee that answered said that they ran out of corn, but didn’t let me know that at pick up. Couldn’t provide a refund because no manager was on duty and none of the employees knew how to do a refund. Told me to come in another day to get a refund. Besides the fact that they have employees using their phones while preparing food. (That definitely violates health codes) How is this business ran so poorly?
Just got the 24 piece with fries and two drinks on the house. The wings were perfect, perfect amount of flavor. The fries are the best perfectly cooked. Got the cajun corn and it is amazing. The guy behind the counter, was super nice and helpful. Great comfortable atmosphere. They had our meal to us in about 10 min. Overall great service.
This place kills it every time!! I’ve always loved Wingstop but this location always gets my order exactly right and the employees are always friendly and go above and beyond even during their busiest times!! Definitely recommend this location!
I ordered online I order just fries and orders them well td one and extra seasoning. Instead I got them less cooked then normal and way less seasoning then normal and also no ranch. I woke in food to and have for over 30 years it’s not hard to read a ticket I would complain if they were busy I get it sometimes then but they were not busy at all. I quit ordering wings cause that they couldn’t ever get that right at all.also have the portion they normally give you
I usually never have an issue with the food but today I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my wings. I placed an online order to pick up and I live 30+ mins away so when I got home I was super excited to eat my food but was met with overcooked wings that BARELY had any seasoning on them???? I love me some wingstop and have never had this issue before either so hopefully it won’t happen again!
I was ordering over the phone and the worker was talking in a rude demeanor. When I was ordering my food her side was loud and her words were meshing together and it was hard to understand but I preceded to order and try to answer her questions to the best of my ability. However if I had to repeat my answer or she wasn’t understanding she was talking to me like I was stupid and impatiently.
