Very disappointed with this Wing Stop. They charge you extra for “only flats” just so they can still give you drums. Also the seasoning on the garlic parm was just sad.
The host who took my order was Ms.Laura she was awesome patient and very helpful with my order! Overall the staff is awesome, the food was amazing like always! The atmosphere is good too with a clean dine in area clean drink station and very nice with greeting while walking in the doors!
One of the best Wingstops I ever went too. The employees was so polite and the wings was really good. 5 stars
Made an online order when i get there to pick up theres apparently a gas leak , which the lady said its closed & we are trying to see if we will receive our money back . Why couldn’t they call when we made the order that they werent going to be able to make it ? We drove all the way just for nothing. I better receive my refund Asap .
1st time here. The wings were excellent. Took 23 minutes to get, but after researching I learned that the wings cook for 14 min. My friend got the chicken sandwich and did not care for the bun. I would say My overall 1st time experience=3.
Such horrible/rude customer service. I used to like this location and its speedy services. I should not have to hold for 15 mins just to get an order placed. And when I called back and stated that I was on hold for sometime now I was hung up on. Won’t be here again..
Food was never delivered to me and the manager had a problem with me telling her that. I told her that I called the person and the call went straight to voicemail but on the app it says to call the person! She said his phone number was not working since the storm poor customer service and I will never order from Wing stop again.
Terrible customer service! I ordered my food which came out wrong. Ask if they could fix the order , waited an hour for them to forget about my order. Requested a refund and was denied a refund by the ghetto district manager. If you claim it’s store policy it should be printed on receipts and posted for customer to see! I will be taking further action because this is bogus and not fair practices!
