Best WLM Reviews
I normally wouldn’t write a review, especially for Wingstop because I knew it was mid for the price (especially at this location), but WOW. No sauce on the wings AND no seasoning on the “seasoned” fries? I did not expect this place to somehow get worse than the already floor level bar I had set for it. Honestly bravo that’s crazy. This actually looks worse than some middle school lunch.
My food especially my hot honey wings lacked seasoning and sauce. So we went in to ask for more and were told it was our doing for not asking for extra to begin with. Which I’ve never had to previously before this new management. I thought 3rd time is a charm with this new team but I’ve been disappointed each time. This is what my chicken looked like even after getting more.
I order wings from there quite often, I expect wings to be saucy when I order them, 75% of the time they are dry.. today I asked for some extra sauce and the guy behind the counter wanted to charge me. I told him "if they weren't dry I wouldn't ask for more sauce" and he gave me some. I get back to work and open the container and they are dry.. if you're gonna sell chicken wings that are covered in sauce at least make sure THEY ARE COVERED IN SAUCE.
OK dude I ordered 30 wings and it comes with zero ranches and any ranch you want to buy is $1.50. To me that’s crazy. They don’t necessarily have to be free although when you’re buying that many wings, the business could take the loss for a few ranches but if you want to charge somebody $1.50 is unacceptable especially because the wings are already expensive. Food was OK. Wings were a little dry, not seasoned enough on some of the flavors better go somewhere else Honestly.
Wingstop have awesome wings ranging from the traditional buffalo style to the barbecue.
Today we ordered boneless hickory smoked barbecue and buffalo style. I also ordered bone-in lemon pepper wings with extra seasoning and some ranch.
The dipping ranch here is by far the best I have ever had in comparison to many other restaurants. If you ever want to just pick up some of this alone its worth it.
They have an amazing new buffalo ranch fries is to die for!!! It complements the buffalo style boneless very well.
The flavors Cajun rub and popular garlic Parmesan is also well worth trying!
The negative part is that you have to be patient to wait on it-which is fine by me.
The workers appearance can improve whereas they occasionally looking like covered in sauce. Some locations have workers who needs extensive customer service training. When it gets extremely busy - count on waiting for larger amount of time whereas they can get easily get overwhelmed by customer volume. Therefore, plan ahead so you can beat the lunch rush.
Cash is not accepted. I ordered on line. Upon arrival I presented my gift card to purchase. None of the employees knew how to process the Wingstop gift card. The manager could not be reached. I had to use a credit card to pay. Still have the gift card! I don't love near a Wingstop. I was frustrated! Please teach your employees!
The wait was crazy long if you just walked in without pre-ordering over the phone, and a homeless person was allowed to come in and smoke a vapor pipe and get a drink from the soda fountain with his own cup, all while I'm still waiting for my order. Safe to say I am not going back to the wingstop on 38th street ever again. But the food was good and hot.
AVOID AT ALL COST! employees yelling at each other, watched 2 of them walk out cursing. Food was cold like it never was cooked.. limp fries. Place was gross, this was our first time at Wing Stop & definitely our last time. Didn’t even end up eating our food because of how unappetizing it was. Homeless man going through the trash can & yelling & the employee told us to ignore him. I really hope that the owners/corporate step in because this place should be closed down.
