This was my last order a this place ,always mess up my order , today I missing 8 wings from my order and fries are plain no salt at all, I wait for an hour, you never see any manager around… keep your pinche wings !!
Horrible!!!! So I waited like 50 minutes for my order, I got up 2 times to ask for my food and it wasn't ready. After I finally got tired of waiting the "assistant manager" Leo said that they had put it in a to go order when I had specified I want it my order for dine in. He said it was my fault because they called my husband's name but there was nothing placed on the window where you pick up the food. The manager has a horrible attitude! He did not offer to make it again since it was all cold he just said " it's not a big deal" amazed how people like these can be "assistant managers," when we left to sit down all the staff started laughing with him making fun of us.
I love Wingstop so obviously the food was good, it's just a great place in general.
I had to wait an hour just to dine in, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. The service was slow, and customer care was practically non-existent. On top of that, the atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere. I will definitely not be returning.
My son’s wallet was taken while he paid . He realized at the parking lot his wallet was missing and went back and asked for it. He was told they did not see his wallet or if anyone took it. He had the presence of mind to immediately freeze all of his cards and apps because they were instantly being used. I still cast suspicion on the employees.
Ordered the ten piece boneless lemon pepper with fries. I asked for well done on everything, and I got 9 pieces, and I got soggy fries drenched in oil. Is it that hard to count 10 pieces and to actually cook the food fresh without drinking oil with your fries? Will not be going back. I do not recommend this location
Great customer service here. Brandi was amazing. I had to leave quickly and she took great care of me. Order and food was perfect. Thank you girl. You did amazing ????
The worst service ever . They tell you a time never that time . I had to wait almost an hour when they had said 25 mins. The management needs to fix this problem. It wasn't even busy on this day ! Terrible customer service.
