DISGUSTED AND CONCERNED FOR FOOD SAFETY
I recently ordered from this Wingstop and was utterly appalled by the quality of their food and their blatant disregard for food safety. The wings were tiny and the meat was hardened as if it had been cooked multiple times. To my horror, I also received a mushy blackened chicken wing, which was not only disgusting but also raised serious concerns about the safety standards of this establishment. If I could give zero stars, I would. It's evident that this location is due for a visit from the health department. I will never be ordering from here ever again.
The kid at the the register cool, THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOW YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN! Everything is salty and has a weird flavor! The fries were soggy and poorly seasoned…just horrible ???? total waste of time and money.
Food is okay MOST of the times, but the drinks, specially Dr. Pepper taste weird! Dr. Pepper tastes like Root Beer, I hope you guys do something about this, the soda tastes weird really often.
A lot of young people working at this location. Unprofessional mannerisms. We placed a big order and waited over an hour for this food. The wings were raw. Not pink...raw inside. ( I am adding pictures ) They were closed so we had to address this the next day where the manager offered a $30 dollar credit (Half of the order) and we went to pick up the wings but they didn't come with any ranch. I asked for the ranch that comes with the wings he said, I'm only replacing the wings."
I would not recommend this location to anyone. Their undertrained cook gave us raw meat, and the unprofessional manager doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I will be escalating my complaint. Know
Had my order delivered (waited 45 minutes to get it). Ordered Extra seasoned and extra well done fries. Did not receive either, instead was given cold soggy fries that were barely cooked. The wings are supposed to be mild sauce, yet all that I received was a container full of grease and bare wings. To top it all off, I didn't even receive a straw with my delivery. If you're thinking about ordering from this store, just don't. You will only be even more disappointed, have wasted your money, and leave with a side of nausea.
Very poor customer service, I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order it wasn’t done and I hade to wait over 15 minutes for my food to be done, and not to mention the employees called the customers by hey! Will definitely never come back here! Don’t recommend this location unless you have time to waste !
Definitely stood there and waited in this girls face while she took everyone else's order that came in after me. RIDICULOUS
Ordered a 10 pc lemon herb mix and lemon pepper combo, cooked extra well, with parm fries, ranch dip and an extra ranch dip tonight. 28-33 minute prep time said the website. No problem. ⏳️
Picked up my order. There was no dipping ranch in the bag at all. Employee on the line brought me some. I'm cool...or so I thought. ✌????????
I get home, ready to enjoy my wings.???? Eager to try the new lemon herb flavor.????????

When I tell you these wings had no flavor. I'm in disbelief so I looked at them real closely. I'm in here eyeballing these wings in disbelief! These wings don't have not even a sprinkle of seasoning. I couldn't even determine which flavor was which because none of them had flavor. Wings looking naked and afraid of what I'm about to do because I am now hungry and heated!
They also were not cooked well. Cooked well means the skin does not move. It's firm not squishy. Feathers still very prevalent on the pieces.????????
I'm pretty confident Wingstop did not come up with flavors and spend money to market them for the seasoning to sit unused. They are literally naked! A total waste of my time, money, and gas.
An absolute awful experience. I regret not having read the reviews for this location. When I pulled it up to write this review, first thing I see is a review of someone saying they ordered 3 flavors and they too had no flavor on any of them.
As I'm closing this review, I realized they didn't put my veggies in the bag either. Throw the whole location away!
Visit the Wingstop on Beltline or Marsh Lane instead. Do not go to this one if you want Wingstop flavored wings as advertised. Ugh!
