I wish I had more good things to say… the fries are the redeeming factor for this location! The wait time for each order is very long, the cashier seemed like she didn’t know or care much about us or the restaurant, we were overcharged and all of the sodas were flat. We will probably never come again.
I'm asking for a refund now.
Asked for 15 boneless wings and the new cashier rang up a 15 wing 2 person meal combo. Didn't realize it until after I paid the extortion level price.
So for a 2 person 15 peice meal and a normal 10 wing meal was over 50 bucks.
I didn't question the price because their prices became ridiculous

Not too many wing places on Island. They are rather expensive and the wings are not that meaty most of the time. The sauces are good though.
Came here on a weekend and the crew had hard core rap blaring through out the place, not what i want to listen to when i eat wings.

Giving 2-stars because I know it could be better. First off, I placed an online to-go order that came out 10 minutes later than it should’ve. Then the food was even worse than the wait. And while I was waiting I had to listen to really loud and obnoxious music that I’m 100 percent certain would not be playing if anyone in-charge was working. It was like basically teenagers took over the place. Horrible experience!
I really hate to write this review as I love wingstop but I had a bad experience with them and doordash. I ordered 61.00 worth of food from the wingstop website to be delivered by doordash, an hour later my dasher text me and said he was there and my order was not even started yet and he had to cancel so he could go do more deliveries, a little while later I talked to wingstop and they said someone had picked up my order (I hope you enjoyed the food). I have reached out to wingstop manager and doordash they blame each other. I know this will not make a difference in either business I am just upset that neither one will will call me back or take fault.
The food in and of itself was pretty good. I had a large order for several family members. In total there were about 60 wings (mix of primarily garlic parmesian, lemon pepper and Cajun rub) and voodoo fries. I had ranch and cheese sauce. Like I said the food was pretty good, the wait wasn't terrible either for the amount of food I ordered (about 35 minutes).
The staff was friendly enough and the location was seemingly clean aswell. The location itself was pretty small and it didn't take many people to fill the dining area. All in all the entire experience was okay, and I would jave no issues either eating there again or recommending the food to a friend or colleague.
This is the best experience I’ve ever had at any Wingstop location! Extra friendly and helpful staff. Location offers a 10% First Responder, Las Enforcement and Military discount every Saturday. Ordered takeout, but this location has an clean and chill atmosphere and local feel. You will not be disappointed.
There was zero flavoring on the wings. I ordered a set of both lemon pepper and mild. However they served us two sets of plain overcooked wings. On top of that, they had the nerve to also serve hard fries. What is going on here?! ????????♀️
Not only were these not what we paid for, but concessions not an apology was given. Stay away from this place.
Manager was awesome !!!! They took care of us but the wings didn’t taste juicy like mainland tasted like very hard and they just re heated it…. That was the only issue or else would’ve gave them 5 stars. Manager was awesome though and great customer service !
