I ordered for the first time Oct 23rd approx 10pm. I placed my order over the phone, 15 wings, 3 different flavors. I was asked if I wanted Ranch or Bleu Cheese, and I chose Ranch. I then asked how much would my order be if I added fries. After hearing the total, I opted to just get chicken. I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 30 minutes, and my food still wasn't ready. I couldn't believe it , but I waited. When he handed me the bag, I looked in and said, you didn't give me my Ranch. The guy then went on to tell me that I couldn't have Ranch if I didn't get fries, which I felt was ridiculous because I wasn't going to dip fries in Ranch, I was dipping wings. I think that's crazy that consumers don't automatically get a dipping sauce when they purchase wings. The guy at the location finally gave me my Ranch. I have never heard of any place that sells chicken wings, and it doesn't include the ranch. Oh and another thing, they also charge $1.69 for 1 of those little plastic cups. I don't think I'll be going back to Wing Stop. There's so many other places that don't give you a hassle over Ranch.
The food was subpar the fries taste like they were cooked hours ago. They were cold and hard.
The floor in the back was disgusting and the beverage machine was full with ice but no ice in the actual machine. The area for the kids and straws were nasty and there were no napkins or straws.
The young lady that took my order however was pleasant. I ordered, waited in my car and didn’t notice the store until I went to pick it up. Would not patronize this location again.
Wings were very good got half Garlic Parmesan the others half Old Bay.and veggie sticks. Young lady at the register Saturday July 2 was very nice. Really only outdoor seating. The wings were very good but they were small. This is not my first Wing Stop the Wing Stop wings in Laurel are much bigger. I will.go to the Pikeville location again however it would be nice to have consistency across all locations
I had craving for wingstop was thinking it might be good as it was few years ago. I order 6 wings parmesan combo online order, the most dry and disgusting wings I have ever had. Inside the establishment was not clean either. I should have never returned and kept driving and never look back lesson learned.
I am a customer that goes to this location often. Weekend young lady very pleasant. This past weekend I went to this location and of course the normal young lady was not there and it showed. I ordered a 3 tender combo(Korean BBQ) and 4 tender (Sweet BBQ Blaze) by itself. When the order came out my 4 tenders ( Sweet BBQ Blaze) looked like a dot of sauce was on there. I showed the cashier and she took it back with a attitude and looked like she has a scoop and just dumped a huge scoop of Sweet BBQ Blaze sauce all on the tenders. I DID NOT eat not one tender. I couldn't it wasn't edible. Like it was horrible. The bottom of the container was cold and the container became so heavy because of all the sauce they put on the tenders. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and there was no manager available, I called this morning (Monday) and asked to speak to a manager about my experience just so happen the manager, Grissma (says he the OWNER) answered the phone and when I say this has by far been the WORST customer and manager experience ever. I explained my situation from Saturday and Grissma (Says she the owner of the store) very very rude and unpleasant. Asked me am I calling to complain or do I want the order. I want to be apologized to and compensated. Nope not, what I got. She mocked me, told me, I asked for Corporate number she told me to "figure it out," she told me that she works 11-5 Mon-Fri, if I don't come today I cannot and will not be compensated for my experience. I just CAN NOT believe this how I was treated from a SUPERVISOR.
I’m consistently disappointed at this location. No one in there takes pride in their work at all. I was driving to Catonsville to get a good Wingstop when one is in my own back yard but is so inconsistent and gross. No one wants to bite into raw chicken skin or open the box of bbq wings to see a dang squirt of bbq sauce they weren’t even spun in sauce! Management needs an overhaul. Nothing worse than spending $100 to get trash and end up hangry because management isn’t even In at night to resolve any issues…if my child were working somewhere at night I’d want management present. Not just in the day when it’s convenient for them.
The lemon pepper wings were really good. The seasoning seemed like a dry rub, but on the bottom of the foil there was a lemon pepper sauce. Very good. I also ordered Hawaiian, I think it tasted kinda good. Couldn't tell being that the wings were fried so hard there was barely any meat. Not sure why these wing places fry wings hard if it isn't requested. That's a waste of meat and money. I cannot eat what isn't there. The wings were diff shapes/sizes and fried so hard all I could really do was taste the sauce. They were underneath the lemon pepper, so forgot to snap a pic. I ordered the 8 piece. You can get 2 flavors. Comes with fries or veggie fries and a drink. The homemade Bleu cheese was pretty good.
Went for the first time and not a very pleasant experience. Our order took much longer than others with less food, a medium blonde hair was in my fries, and I even think they mistakenly put sugar on my fries. There were sweet sections of my fries with two sorts of white granules. Not too happy with my experience there.
