The low overall rating on this store does not, in my opinion, reflect on the most professional and courteous staff that greeted me on my recent visit. The manager went way out of her way to help me when my online order did not make it through. That being said, it appears this store, in particular, doesn't get the crowd that I have seen in other Wingstops, and perhaps is suffering for that reason. Food was very good, but the wings needed a bit more sauce. The celery sticks were fresh and crisp; however the bleu cheese seemed a bit watered down. French fries and chicken tenders, also, very good. Will definitely return and I wish you all the best !!!!
Strongly recommend against walk-in ordering. Stopped by at 2:00pm--not a peak food-rush time--and it took over 20 minutes to receive an order of 20 wings. Before preparing my order, they filled about 9 online delivery orders, 5 of which were still sitting on the shelf when I received my order. Frustrating part is the person at the counter not letting me know that there were a bunch of orders in front of mine (assuming that all the orders I saw prepared were placed before mine, which I suspect wasn't the case) so I could have run an errand and gone back to pick them up.
As far as the wings themselves, they were not remarkably good or bad-- wings were tender, sauce taste was fine.
Gave me 20 piece boneless wings that were the size of popcorn chicken smh. Very small wings.
Very good! Boneless hot are great! Jared behind the counter was very nice and helpful! Was very busy on a Saturday night and got our food in 15 minutes. Will definitely be back.
This is the second time that the fries lots of salt. Guess they don’t know when to stopped putting a salt. You guys better tell them that you don’t need salt coz or else you better watch you blood pressure right after. And they use one bowl for making the fries.
Do not order here! Had a terrible experience with this location. Accidentally placed an order for carryout instead of delivery. Called the store within 30 seconds of placing the order to either change the option to deliver or to cancel the order to re-place it with delivery option. Neither the website provides the option to cancel nor they cancelled it, they refused to do so instead asking me to reorder. On insisting to speak with manager multiple times, manager refused to come on the phone. When told them that I will post negative reviews for providing poor customer service, manager feigned arrogance. I had to spend $30 on Uber to pickup the order. This is terrible management and bad reputation for the company who is trying to bring the chain up ????????
8/21/21 – This was our first visit to Wingstop in Watchung (or any Wingstop for that matter). We placed an online order for 20 classic wings (carryout) by the piece… Spicy Korean Q (5), Mango Habanero (5), and Original Hot (10). All three flavors were fantastic but I really want to give a shoot out to the Mango Habanero sauce. The cost was $25 which works out to $1.25 per wing. Not cheap but the wings were a good size. The wings were packed in two separate boxes with the Spicy Korean Q and Mango Habanero well separated in the same box. The online order stated that our wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes but it took closer to 30 minutes. Not a complaint, just an observation. The workers were courteous although one customer was not. Wingstop Watchung is located in a strip mall with more than enough parking available. We’ll be back the next time we are in the area.
I don’t want to be rude but I much rather drive 35-40 to actually get wingstop. They’re always really slow and majority of them can’t even call out names or help customers bc of a language barrier. They also have messed up my order multiple times causing me to not even want to food resulting in wasting money and food. Management rly need to get their stuff together. Also whenever I’m there their floor is covered in soda and just dirty. I always walk out of that place with sticky. The last time I went I waited over 45 minutes for my order and when my name was called they helped another Customer and totally ignored me for another 10 minutes. Place needs to close fr
