My 5 star rating is based mostly on the gentleman taking care of the front counter as well as building the orders. This fell was as friendly, inviting, and as customer service oriented as he could be. He greeted every customer immediately with a huge smile and left Noone unattended to. There needs to be more people like this guy. I didn't catch your name sir but you rock!
I recently went to this Wingstop location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They made a mistake with our order and quickly corrected it. The fries, corn, and boneless wings were fresh and delicious!
I went to Wingstop this past Thursday and ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo. Not only did it take the staff 25 minutes to make it with no other customers in the store, but one of my tenders was fully raw in the middle (see photo). I have debated posting this review because I didn’t want to be a Karen, but I wanted to share because this could be a serious safety issue. Will not be going back.
I went there earlier today with two of my friends and we all ordered a 10 peice combo. We did a survey to upgrade the drinks to a large and it made us rate the food before trying it. Then we proceeded to wait for 56 minutes after they said it was going to be a 20 minute wait.Once we got are food half are order was missing, the chicken was very undercooked, and the blue cheese had a very odd taste to it. We also had to go eat in the car because of how dirty the tables were inside. Very disappointing experience.
First time eating at Wingstop. I got the Asian Hawaiian sauce on a chicken sandwich. Chicken was pure white breast meat! Very good chicken. I hated the sauce as well as the amount of sauce that was on the sandwich. The bun had soaked up the sauce. Horrendous! We waited 30 minutes for the food. This place was packed and had very few places to sit. I got fries as well. I couldn't eat the fries due the copious amounts of whatever they sprinkle on the fries ....some type of seasoning... But it was just too much! Will I eat here again? Nope. Just wasn't my jam.
We have got wings here multiple times so review is based off of that. The wait is always long staff doesn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Online pick up times and in person ordered take way longer then your told they will be ready.
If I could rate this place a zero I would. The lady told me 20 minutes and 40 minutes later still don’t have an order. I asked for a manager and the white sheman was VERY disrespectful towards my son and I. After getting a refund back to my card, the low profile person laughed and said “you’re the hungry one not me”. Not to mention, EVERY staff member were sitting in the back chilling. Very racist
I knew I would come to the reviews and see this place is below average on customer service. Seems if you have not ordered your food over the phone or on some sort of app, you will be waiting quite some time. And evidently my food came up and Ray just didn't check to see if my order was complete and because of that I probably waited another who knows how long. When in line he never greeted anyone simply stared at you like????????... Guess I was supposed to know to read his mind and understand when he was ready to take the order. The food was way too salty and the flavors were ????meh at best. B????WW wins again and I.will.not. be back especially since this was my first time ever giving this company a chance. I realize it's just a bunch of kids in there, but they need to be trained on proper customer service and work ethic. They paid way more attention to called in orders. It wasn't the cleanest place. The beverage dispenser was very very nasty almost made me not want to even touch least alone get a drink from it..eww. Then, there were no straws and when I asked for them it was almost as though he didn't believe me saying, 'oh there ain't no straws?' No! If there were, I wouldn't have asked you for said straws! Duh! Meanwhile, his dancing moves in the back were probably spot on with perfect steps of choreography. Ray, as much as you're good at dancing you should apply the same expertise to your job despite the low paying wage..jus sayin. And yes, just like another reviewer stated, I could tell attitudes abounded so it would've been a waste of energy to complain in real time. This company is obviously losing future customers and I wish I had stayed a Wingstop virgin????????????yuck to the food. Boo to your employees ????????
