This store is trash!!!! Don’t put any effort in preparing food or servicing it!!! Food is too high for this store to be giving anything out! They over cooked my fries and gave me the bottom of the bottom
This was a nice place to eat till about 3 months ago. I don’t think they been filtering their oil. Or changing it…wings taste like old oil burnt they never season your fries of wings fries taste like they re fried.gave my wife food poisoning she was in bed for a week… this place is nasty they need to hire a be management It’s just plain awful. I’ll be going to wingstop on Lindale, tx from now on
As I’m coming in the house all I feel is hot liquid dripping all over me … I didn’t ask for no wet wings they stuffed 20 wings in one box! I called and spoke to Antonio the manger he didn’t care he said I’m busy and post what you want on the internet I don’t care. He should care cause there a bunch of 1 star reviews He could atleast tell his employees don’t stuff anything use another box ! Customer service is TRASH
Long story short they threw away my food & drink while using the restroom I'm sure the lady didn't mean to but sad part for me was i didn't get to take home the rest of my food & drink like i had in mind and left empty handed , restrooms could use some Good cleaning for sure . 400 S SW Loop 323 # 100, Tyler, TX 75702
I guess that's why i like the one in the south east part of town they seem to do a much better job at cleaning and service in my opinion.
The cashier had a real bad attitude when i asked if my order was ready. When i got my order i had to reach over the counter to get it from the cashier. He had an attitude as soon as i walked in and im sorry you had to stop talking to your coworkers to assist me. Also the food wasn't good and i got fry crumbs instead of actual fries. I wont be going back anytime soon, this use to be a great location.
This is my nearest location, but RARE is the time I have ever had a good experience there. Normally I don’t write reviews but my recent experience with them was so bad that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location.
I ordered my food to be delivered through the Wingstop website. I never got my food. I had an email that said that for any issues to call the store. I did. I was told the food had been handed off and there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t refund me for food I never received. I couldn’t get a new order made. They washed their hands of the issue. I contacted the delivery service (twice) and both people told me Wingstop would refund my $55 order. I called the store back and talked to the manager, Antonio, and he tried to man-splain how ordering online worked. I told him all I wanted was my $55 refund for food I never received and he went on to tell me how his job was to explain how things work because he has many other customers. I told him I understood how things worked and all I wanted was my money back. He rudely told me I would get it back in 2-3 days and that he was going to put me on a list so I could no longer order my food for delivery -As/in I had to go get it myself from now on.
I told him I wouldn’t be returning to his location and asked if I would be receiving documentation of the refund process for my $55 and was told he couldn’t provide anything but I could call back if I didn’t get my money in a week.
This place doesn’t care about their customers.
I have heard from numerous people that their service is awful, and they are 100000000% correct.
I was super upset about my recent situation, but also because this isn’t the first issue I have with them.
In the past I have had stuff missing or completely wrong orders and when I’ve called about it, they have said that *I* (the customer) should have checked the bag to make sure it was right…..
I have also been lied to about the manager calling me back and he has NEVER called. I have gone up there and asked to speak to him and he’s “never there”.
Save your money and go somewhere else. Or if you really want wings, don’t go to this location. The food is average, but management and staff provide absolutely no customer service.
Edit: I decided to read through the reviews and I’m not surprised at how many people have experienced similar issues. I added a few pics as examples. (I get they’re old reviews, but my point is to show that for YEARS this place is operating with complete disregard for customer’s experiences.)
Walked up to the counter, opened my mouth and started ordering and the employees asked if I was gonna order. I looked at him and said I was in the middle of ordering. Then he didn't give me my fries had to go back in. Luckily I checked before I drove several miles to my home. Their food is extremely salty...who puts sugar and a pound of salt on French fries??? They were terrible.
Just left this location! The cashier was very aggressive with me and when I asked about the extra ranch I paid for he told me to check the bag myself! Was very rude and ill not go back! There are way better wings else where! If u can't take working in a busy environment you need to seek employment elsewhere! One pissed off customer!
