I was really disappointed this time. I was here before and got good wings. This time they were gross and greasy. I live 40 mile away. I was not turning around. I ate one at the red light. I should have went back right then. 40.00 wasted
Chicken are good , fries are over cooked. This store needs general cleaning. Tables are sticky as well as those chairs ,floors too. Cashier doesn't know how to smile , we say thank you no response.
Wing stop service as something else.. The location that i went to has a lot of young staff that do not care about their customers.. Even when ordering the young lady was all but telling me to hurry up or get out the line. After I ordered it took 50 minutes to get my food.. I will say the food was good but the brownies were frozen. I think wing stops need to keep a better eye on some locations and make sure the manager is holding staff accountable for good service...
I had a taste for wings and got the mango habenera and the cajun rub with a side order of fries. I didn't hate them, but nothing really stood out with the taste. The fries were the same, too. They were seasoned good, but not crispy, even though I requested the option for them to be fried that way. Those aren't deal breakers, though. I'll be back to try some other sauces.
Im sad I really love wingstop but dawm I order dry rub all the time, and it ain’t dry just a shit tone of oil on it ;( wish I can show yall a picture cause this has been happening a lot ????
I ordered a 50 piece family pack with 3 flavors... Then additional 10 of other flavor.. as I was going to pay they were charging me only for the sauce instead of the additional 10 piece. They wanted me to pay separate ???? they said 15 minutes and I waited almost 25 additional minutes for the 10 wings. We like the food but the service is very bad.
I usually prefer coming to the Valencia location Wingstop instead of the one on sixth, but it’s been couple of times where the Valencia Wingstop has been doing a horrible job. I went today with me family to eat some wings, mind you, I placed my order online and STILL had to wait 30 more min for my order after it was marked completed on the app. When I got home those is what I got, BURNT wings. Everything was cold as if my food was sitting there in the restaurant while I waited. Very disappointing. Oh and also, very rude personal.
5.5/10 fries were super good but wasn't impressed by tenders or wings. Definitely wouldn't order online again as pickup time was waaaaaay off & we had to wait 20 minutes.
