If I could do negative 5 stars I would. The worker Jessica did not put our order down right and when we had gotten home we realized that there were no fries, no veggies, no ranch, and the bag had a bunch of spilled sauce. We then called back to see what had happened with our order and if we could go back to to get our fries ranch and veggies, but they told us that we would have to have to pay for it once again.*said with attitude * Even though we payed 63.13 and that is the exact same amount for the 50 piece party too. Not to mention The mild wings that we ordered had no flavor and just tasted bland. This was a bad service experience.
Wings tastes good but the fries are not of quality - it’s not that crispy and not warm. This restaurant is small and parking was scarce. The overall wait time almost an hour for to-go orders. The staff were nice and providing their best services. There are few tables inside for someone to sit and enjoy their delicious wings.
Wait time is horrendous. Ordered food in house and waited over 30 minutes. Watched a bunch of people get take out and multiple orders were wrong. At least 4 people came back in because food was missing. One lady brought her order back to the store because it was all incorrect. She had opened it outside of the restaurant and then they reopened it on the counter. She was given a different order and the order she had brought back was placed back on the shelf for someone else. Roughly 5 minutes later a guy came in and was given that order the lady returned. The lack of food safety to do stuff like that is atrocious. Most wing stops are good but this one is awful
I normally wouldn't order delivery online but I did place an order for two people today at 4:22ish so I wouldn't have to worry about sending an order in the middle of rush. Unfortunately it took over 2 hours after I placed the order for it to get to me. I live under 10 minutes away and the food was completely cold when it arrived. I also ordered lemon chicken tenders which I was so hyped about and they were super small and most definitely wings, not tenders. At first, I wanted to assume that they were very small, but I got tenders of a different flavor that were definitely much larger in size. I normally love the food from here and would have loved to have just responded to the individual order saying how this one experience went but there was no place for me to do so, so I'm posting it here. Not a bad restaurant, just a bad night I guess. Normally love the food, just didn't have a way to discreetly point out to anyone who works there how this kind of went. I know I'm probably never going to hear back on this but to any other people who enjoy some Wingstop, pickup is definitely the way to go. I hate even feeling the need to post something because I feel like such a Karen, but I'm low-key super bummed about not getting my lemon pepper tenders. Sorry to the workers who are innocent in this for my rant
Waited close to 45 minutes to get boneless wings, in house dining. Online orders were being called out with no one there. When first ordered, order taker said 20-25min, for freshness. Same person delivered orders to others / got them condiments (I'm pretty sure one of which was a relative of his). When my order came, said "sorry for the wait boss". Cold chicken strips. Over priced. Absolutely the last time I will be there. FYI a very moderate Five Guys is next door if you're in a pinch.
Let me just start out by saying I will never eat at Wingstop again. The wait is ridiculous even when they are slow. I got 8 hot honey wing meal the wings were not tossed properly at all. All the seasoning was caked on one side of the wing. The fries were so dark and soggy so I know they came out of the fryer before my wings did. After only eating 3 wings, I got so incredibly sick. I immediately stopped eating and I have had a serious issue with my stomach ever since. I am nauseated by the look of any food period. Only go to the Wingstop if you want food poisoning and a coke to drink...maybe if their drink machine isn't out which it is of most flavors. One time I went into this wing stop and a female associate had the large bucket of ice and was like "what do I do with this .." like really? What would you do with ice at a fried chicken place? ... Everyone there is stoned out of their mind and it always smells like weed in there. The chicken I recieved today smelled like dog poop. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to sit and wait at the store for my food like I do every single time.. well I waited 40 minutes after waiting 20 minutes to drive to the store to pickup my food.. so an entire hour to wait on food. The fries were old and cold. Some of the chicken was so tiny and had no meat, only crust.. not worth the time/money this trip. Also, not a single pep in their step to process orders faster.. everyone looked liked they partied all night before their shift. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAD GLOVES ON!!!! MAD EME SICK JUST WATCHING THEM MAKE THE FOOD. AND GO TO THE BATHROOM FOR 20 MINUTES AND NOT WASH THEIR HANDS OR USE GLOVES AFTERWARDS... DISGUSTING!! DO BETTER!
Ordered wing at 6:40pm through doordash. Said it would be delivered until 8:11pm. I understood thats a long time but I'm still waiting at 8:40m. It shouldn't take almost 3 hours for 10 wings and fries. Doent matter how busy it is.
