I rarely write negative reviews. However, I ordered in store and went home. I was really excited and when I got home, it ended up with this. Although they messed up, this flavor is distasteful and unsavory. Who ordered this?? Really??? Are they my classic mango habanero and lemon pepper???

On this visit, they had a full crew who was busy in the kitchen, up front, and through the dining area—yet not stressed to where they weren’t smiling or happy serving!
My teen had the barbecue wings and said the meat was savory and tender. I had the garlic & Parmesan chicken sandwich and the meat itself was tender but the breading was overdone.
If there was one thing to improve upon is not to serve customers who dine there in takeout or delivery paper bags. With that, we had a good experience overall and will return!
Horrible customer service. The manager DeAndre was very unhelpful and rude, all because of a 1$ ranch that I forgot to add on a 3rd party app. Girl who answered the phone needs an attitude adjustment from the moment she said hello. Won’t be back because of this reason. There are so many other places, so much better that have decent management and much better food. They really need to reconsider their staffing choices. Do better wing stop.
You wouldn’t believe that the picture attached is supposed to be garlic parmesan. Parmesan where??? these are literally naked wings if I wanted that I would’ve bought some wings and put it in the oven myself. They were soggy and tasteless and the lemon pepper, ugh OVER seasoned. Definitely got stiffed out of my money will not be returning. Nothing else really to say, total disappointment.
Terrible service, terrible treatment, the people who serve are very rude, they don't care about the customers, those girls don't have the slightest education, how sad how the service has deteriorated every day.
Great customer service! They were busy when I walked in, but they were quick getting my order out! delicious good and the ranch is AMAZING!
Princess and Rome were very kind to take my order at the end of the night. I truly appreciate that and my children will too. Please continue to give good customer service it has its rewards and appreciated!!
I come to this wingstop like 1-2 times a month and the staff is full of young men and women - possibly high schoolers? Regardless they are amazing! Always moving with efficiency, urgency, and with the utmost care and customer service! It’s impressive. As a manager in the hospitality industry, I would hire each and every one of them. Truly awesome. Their leader/store manager should be so proud.
