Best WLM Reviews

I went in for lunch the other day, and the staff didn’t take time to thoroughly cook my food. I bit into the chicken and it was raw. I have had to call twice to get a refund, and I still haven’t received it. I have been told the general manager would give me a call and refund it. I haven’t heard anything. Let’s just say that I won’t be returning there. That kind of thing could make someone absolutely sick.
Wings were way over sauced. They were just swimming in the Togo box. It's like it was almost soup and the wings were okay at best. I spent $87 to just have to run down to McDonald's.
Update: the manager gave me my money back and agreed. Will probably give it another shot later on. Give them some more time.
I always use the app when ordering, so I never have to wait for my food. The lemon pepper traditional wings are amazing, along with the Cajun corn. I always pay extra for all flats. The front counter workers are nice and eager to help.
Our cashier, Deyvon was very sweet. She was very attentive with helping us, and other customers. And food was fresh, and did NOT disappoint! Will definitely be coming back if I’m ever back in the area
I placed a pick up order and I was running behind my pick up time. However, upon arrival my food wasn’t ready. I was the only one in the restaurant, so I was a bit confused, but no biggie. I soon figured out why my food wasn’t ready. I parked on the side of the building and as I was getting into my car the employees on shift were walking out the back door headed to the dumpster area empty handed. My real complaint is that my fries were completely coated in salt, powdered donut style. I tried to just eat them but couldn’t. I was still in the parking lot so I went in and asked for them to be remade because they were too salty. He looked at them and told me that was the normal amount of salt that corporate told them to use and I need to ask for them to be lightly salted next time. Not a single time that I’ve visited wing stop have my fries ever been completely coated in salt. And him telling me that it was a normal amount of salt when wing stop nor any other restaurant coats the entire fry with salt almost made me laugh in his face. I don’t think he realized how crazy he sounded. I guess every other location is doing it wrong and this one time at this one particular location they did it correctly. The bottom of my fry container had so much salt it could’ve filled 1/4 of a salt shaker. But hey, apparently it’s the norm. And actually in all the years of eating wing stops their fries have a sweet taste to them normally. This time it was pure salt with a tiny amount of fry.
My parents stopped here on Friday 6/28/24 five people walked in after them waiting on their food all of which got there’s and my parents we’re still waiting! Wasn’t a big order, the fact the food wasn’t individual boxes and thrown together while no flavoring on the wings and the fries were horrible! This is our third and FINAL trip here! I let the other two times ride, this time I’m saying something!
Second time. Food is very good. Service not so good. If you just stop and go in, take a book to read. I was told 35 minutes. Ended up being 45 because my name was written down incorrectly. I had to ask.
We read the reviews before we went so we definitely wanted to leave a review. We enjoyed our food. It was great. I got the Cajun wings and they were super hot, boneless. And the fries were phenomenal. We did have to wait because we ordered in. If you want less weight order online, then just pick up. ????????????✌????
