We were told it was going to be an hour wait because of online orders, and I asked, "Shouldn't you prioritize in-store customers?" The employee laughed at my question, leaving me feeling both disgusted and shocked.
When placing the order online or phone it says 16 to 20 minutes. However, when you stop to pick up your food they say 45 to 1 hr wait time. It’s crazy and unprofessional they do it with many people. They need to be realistic when letting us know the wait time.
Horrible experience. Called in the order because Hot Lemon Pepper is not an option on the app. The “AI Employee” took my order and said my order would be ready in 15-20 mins. Drove down to the store and did not have my order. They blamed it on the “AI” system. I placed my order with the person there and said it would be 20mins. I left and returned to pick up my order.
I get home and no Hot Lemon Pepper and I ordered corn no seasoning, it was covered in Cajun seasoning.
When I called to complain about it they told be I would need to go back their store again for the 3rd time and fix my order. And bring back the food.
I asked them if it seemed fair for me to go back for a 3rd time for their mess up. No response and ask what they will do to make it right. No response. I will not return to this location again.
I wanted to place an order and they declined even doe i had arrived before 12 its not the first time they do this at this location the first time i didn't want to put a complain but this time they completely deserve one there was multiple people dining in which were bearly getting there food, i couldn't understand why they couldn't take my order. I called another wingstop and they took my order right away.
Worst service ever never in my life have I waited 1 whole hour ???? literally, there is no chicken coming, like I work at McDonald's as a manager I taken food faster then this, and right now I work at whataburger and we take out tenders faster then this. it took 1 hour and 16 minutes unbelievable ???? ???? honestly I would never let my customers wait this long yall do...
My family and I have been going there for years. They are always friendly. The wings are always delicious.
Awesome wings, lemon pepper my favorite, this wing stop doesn’t have the 100+ drink flavors but the ones it does have are all solid tasting. Clean place and friendly customer service.
I ordered hot lemon pepper wings fries the fries were burt and my order was wrong they asked me to take it back just to throw it away and make make it fresh but why ru going to have me go just to throw away food they could have just fixed my order and I would gladly have picked it up smh
