The staff is rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I had a call in order and even stopped by Walmart before pickup my order, when I arrived no one asked if I wanted to place an order or if I had a pickup order. However, that asked a white woman who came in about 5 minutes after me if she had a pickup order and gave her the order. Then they noticed me and asked if I had a pickup order and I told the employee I guess I am just sta ending here because I was here before that woman. The employee smacked her lips and rolled her eyes and I gave her my name. She went in to the prep area and yelled back that they did not have any barbecue sauce and did I want anything else. Mind you this was approximately 35-40 minutes after I placed my order. The employee eventually came back with my partial order but forgot my drinks and had to be reminded. I will not be returning to this location. There are dozens of wings places between this location and my home.
I’ve been coming here for years and the crew here have been amazing with my order every-time. The food is always good, and consistent. I order uber eats a lot from here and it’s always packaged nicely and i really appreciate it! Thank you to everyone at this location & happy holidays! :)
HORRIBLE SERVICE, first my siblings ordered door dash and it kept switching door dashers turns out someone stole the order and nobody said anything until 20 minutes later. So she refunded it and then she asked my mom if she could just pick it up. They said it would be ready in around 18 minutes and then she went inside after around 20 minutes and said the order name there was probably 15+ people in there all waiting/something was messed up with their order. There was 7 people in the back and one white dude his name was rob and he was the shift leader and he was just SCREAMING at all of his employees and extremely disrespectful to then, this amazing worker young lady (first image) was being amazing and helping everyone and extremely polite and doing her best to control the chaos and rob was just SCREAMING her for DOING HER JOB yelled at her to stop talking and run the counter when that’s exactly what she was doing and at one point he threw a thing of fries all over the floor over her asking for missing items in peoples order, he called her names until the point where she just decided to walk out and another worker decided to do this as well after this multiple people decided to cancel their order. this needs to be looked into there should never be a scenario where a SHIFT LEADER is talking to their employees like that… AND after my mom left she witnessed this same man (rob) abandoned everybody after just yelling and screaming to smoke out side of 7/11 and complain to a 7/11 worker about it all.. it got so bad to the point where the cops pulled up..
This is the worse wingstop experience I have ever had. Not to mention I ordered my food at 10:18 and waited damn near a he I left at 11 and my chicken wasn’t even done. Skin was chewy the lemonade was even nasty like how

Fresh & very tasty. Placed my order on the app. The time for it to be done was correct. We pulled up & picked up our order with no hassle or wait.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, from take out to delivery, to different flavors to bone-in to boneless, this place is awful. They only do Cajun correctly, and even then, there’s almost no sauce on the wings, the rest of the flavors aren’t that bad if you don’t mind biting into a ball of oil. It’s as if they dump your wings into a bowl of oil and add a DASH of whatever flavor you ordered, leading to an unpleasant meal EVERYTIME. The fries (if they don’t forget them) are always cold and unsatisfying. I gave them multiple chances because I genuinely thought highly of this place, but I’ve even tried surrounding locations and I can’t say they are much of an improvement to this location, I’ve decided to single this location out because it was by far the WORST experience I’ve had eating Wingstop.
Very delicious! I’m in love with the lemon pepper Classic wings. My 14 yr old loves the Garlic Parmesan. I’m shocked the mild sauce is the BEST mild sauce I think I’ve ever had. Not just ( hot ) like all the rest but super flavorful!!! Yum yum yum. Lakeita and Carlos were super friendly and made the whole experience there a wonderful one. Both Louisiana voodoo and Buffalo Ranch fries are good too! Brought some lemon pepper wings home for my mom the try and she loves them too. Will be back for more.
The cashier had zero experience in customer service. Wasn’t greeted, I felt rushed to order my food even though I was the only person in line. I asked about military discount she said they do not offer it, even though other stores does and the website clearly says they do. The staff needs training in customer service, product and services
