My first time at this location since I moved nearby. I wish I hadn't had a craving for wings today. I ordered a 10 wing combo with atomic and hot honey. The atomic had a ridiculous amount of sauce on them. I had to pat some of the sauce off with napkins. Fries were ok but half of them were not cooked enough.
Their food was great, but the service and employees were very rude when I came in. They stayed talking to each other while I was waiting to order. Finally about 15 minutes late I was able to make my order.
We ordered delivery and one of the items was the chicken sandwich. The sandwich didn't look anything like the picture advertised. There was more bread than chicken, with no lettuce. Then we got 4 tenders and they were supposed to be original hot. I don't know what they were, they had a smoke smell and were nasty. I got original hot wings and they didn't taste or smell like the tenders. VERY DISSATISFIED!!
I do enjoy their wings, including when they are super fresh. Unfortunately I did see 1 or 2 roaches inside near the front area. Wish their boneless was bigger, many are the size of a nug, bone in is 2x bigger usually.
So I placed an online order, when I got there they were busy, understandable, dinner rush. But I received the wrong wings. I called and they said bring them back and they'll fix them. I did, and they did, I also received brownies which was a plus. And everyone that worked tonight was awesome. I just wanted the right wings especially since the classic are more then the boneless but either way everyone was cool:)
Ordered through door dash. The dasher had to wait almost an hour for the order and when it finally got here it was completely the wrong order. Whoever's order we got was cold and looked horrible. Usually they write your name on the bag but this time it was blank so i think it's the stores mix up not the dasher. Dont order from here
Car was broken down, ordered delivery. Driver took 20 mins running to other neighborhoods before dropping my order off.
Food was cold, hard, dry, barely edible. Contacted the restaurant and got absolutely nothing back from them.
Will never return.
Food was great. We called in our order before we arived order was ready in about 15 min. We ordered the Thigh Bites for 2. We tried the Blazed &Glazed and the Mango Habanero bites. They both tasted great. Only thing was that the fries were really salty sadly. But all in all it was a great meal for 2 people costing just over $15. Even had another container with leftovers.
