I'm not going back. I've given so many chances and I'm not giving anymore. I've ordered to go maybe 4 times, eaten inside once, and attempted to eat inside once. There is no consistency. The first time I ate inside, service was quick, food great. The second time i attempted to eat inside, my husband was with me and we ordered 2 combos. We were there an hour and still no food. So many people were waiting around the pickup area. A dad and his son left because of waiting so long. The manager sat on the corner for 45 minutes on her laptop while her kitchen was drowning. When I asked after an hour how much longer, they said at least 15 minutes so I got a refund and left. I went next door to Il Fornos and got my wings in 10 minutes. Furthermore, there is no consistency with the wings. Sometimes they are huge, where i can only eat 3 or 4 and I'm full. Last night they were so small and I was able to eat 8. Sometimes, they have a crispy coating on them like they are battered in flour and fried. Other times, like last night, no batter and fried naked so no crispy coating. They forgot my veggie sticks. Something is always missing from to go orders in my experience, be it a dip or a side. All of the workers just act like they don't want to be there and it really shows. Overall, this place is terrible. Don't waste your money.
I got the chicken sandwich combo
1. Out of regular coke ( really??of all to be out of)
2. My sandwich didn’t have pickles and dry as crap
3 fries - ugh tasted hours old

Not a fan of this place and this was my 3rd try…. 3 strikes your out!!!!!
Had to make a quick stop at Wingstop ????! I got a boneless combo and the flavors were there - it was amazing. The Korean sauce is the perfect combination with my wings. Fries were okay, not my favorite — I think there was sugar added and my fries were small and short.
I love this they gave us 2 FREE brownies and 2 35 ounce sodas this Wingstop is so nice they have the best service the best saucy wings and the BEST fries it’s so clean and neat in their

I love Wing Stop but this location has disappointed me multiple times now. First, I placed a pickup order to be picked up at a certain time and it wasn't ready by that time. Once it was ready, I grabbed it and took it home and realized they left out the order of fries, cajun corn, and veggie sticks!! If it wasn't far enough from where I live and traffic wasn't an issue, I would have driven back. This is completely unacceptable!! Their phone also doesn't work so you can't even call the store to try and get a refund.
The first time this happened to me they left side item out, which I ordered delivery through the app but let that slide.
They seriously need better attention to detail on what their customers order!
We ordered on line. Estimated time of delivery was 1hr to 1hr 15mins. We could not contact the store. The order showed up 2 hrs late and cold. The driver said they were waiting a long time for our food. We were also unable to contact the driver. Nothing about this experience makes me want to order from here again.
If you are ever in such a situation where you must eat food from this establishment make sure you order at least a day in advance. This is the most discombobulated, confused "team" I've ever witnessed. It's a very busy establishment and I understand that but I ordered an 8pc combo and it took 67 minutes to receive. After an aggravating wait, the food I received was seriously top notch, S-tier, delicious. 100% recommend, will return.
I was there this afternoon. But never again. The short girl working at the cash register, she was very rude. She was very angry. I don't know why but she was very aggressive. I don't think she should be there anymore. The food was delicious.
