This was what was just a quick stop for a snack. Turned into a nightmare. The shift manager (Aaron) handling the bagging of food never once used gloves while handling fries that are not in container. Observed several times shift manager handling fries with no gloves. The shift manager encouraged a bad atmosphere for other employees speaking rudely about several customers. Shift manager even called customer for order “miss attitude” your order is ready. Several times witness Aaron shift manager being disrespectful to several customers.
One nice employee after waiting from 6:15 to 8:00pm Malik said, “what is name and order” kindly offered to make my order. Until Shift manager Aaron said, “no I will make it” “you’re not the only person that likes chicken.” I have never been to an establishment where a manager displays unacceptable behavior to customers. There many other chicken places in the area to stand for such abuse. I had to call the police, due to this shifts managers reluctantly willing to fill orders and disrespecting several customers. That may not take the time to warn this establishments manager staff. That also has his employees afraid to provide decent service. Honestly after seeing behind the scenes operations all I wanted was a refund.
Aaron with the wrong person was creating a very hostile environment. If the owner cares enough. They will truly look into Aaron behavior. I know it hard to get good help these days. After looking at reviews there seems to be a common denominator Aaron shift manager. The facial expressions Aaron used speaks volumes; of how he cares about your customers. I’m sure your business lost thousands of dollars.
Got home to realize I got my order wrong, I Always order the same flavor (Hawaiian) and is never spicy but today it was so spicy ???? I am sure it wasn’t Hawaiian but the guy that took my order screamed at me that it was Hawaiian and didn’t offer to replace the order because the order was rigth. Then I told him to just issue a refund because that wasn’t what I ordered, he said they would call me when the refund is ready? What kind of business does that? Really mean guy. I am never coming back and he said he was glad I was never coming back. I work in the food industry too and I know this is no way to treat costumers I was being respectful to him
Wings and fries great as always. So much better quality than Buffalo Wild Wings! And all the employees were super friendly.
This was my first time at Wingstop and I can DEFINITELY say I’ll be back again!! When we first walked in, we were greeted by Ashley (who is absolutely amazing!) It took us a minute to find what we wanted to order (so many choices) but Ashley just told us to “holler when we’re ready”. I loved the crew’s attitude and overall feel of the restaurant. Our food came out in less than 20min and I would show pictures but I absolutely demolished it ???? 10/10 Recommend!! I felt like I won the lottery! The entire crew made the experience 100% better and it’s rare to find such memorable customer service. Left very satisfied and with a full stomach!
Literally it was, unfortunately, my worst fast food meal I ever ate. Fries looked miserable and supposed they are seasoned but it was only crunchy salt ????. Wings tasted really bad and even one of the pieces was literally just fried breading and was counted as chicken wings piece! I attached the picture So sad all this food is going to trash and I lost my money ????.
Stopped in here mid-day and Ashley was at the front counter. She was fantastic at assisting me in putting together what I wanted in the most cost-effective way. Wings aren't inexpensive these days, but it was nice to save a few bucks combo-ing things up. She was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming! Great experience for eat-in!
The lady Ashley is absolutely AMAZING wish all restaurants could have people like her. It was literally the best customer service I’ve received n a long time. When you walk in when she is working you will most definitely be greeted with a smile. She always goes above and beyond. She tries her best to be time efficient she will communicate with u about ur order. She makes sure your food is fresh and correct. HOPE HER SUPERVISOR SEES THIS BECAUSE SHE DESERVES A RAISE!
I ordered takeout from Wingstop today and they were completely out of fries and ranch as well as other things. People would come and try to order and then leave after hearing that there was nothing available. Restaurant was also very messy and not clean. My food was so-so. The girl at the front was nice but you could tell they were stressed and all over the place.
