I ordered half lemon and half garlic! The garlic was full of oil! My kids couldn’t eat it, I usually order my wings there never had any problems but today was a bad experience
Wingstop is a God send. If you like nice things this location will do right by you.
Orders are consistently accurate when I place them through the app, I’ve never had to wait longer than estimated, and the order is always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly enough and the store is always pristine.
I’ve been on a chicken sandwich run with Wingstop and tried the Hot Honey flavor this time…don’t do that, it’s greasy with little to no honey I’d wager. Stick to the staples that make the wings incredible: Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper, or a true sauce of your choosing.
The black bearded guy at the counter is rude. I’m the photo you see feathers hair all on the wings. This is what I saw when I opened my to go container which tells me they saw it too when they put it in there. And in my daughter’s box she only received 9 out the 10 pc I ordered for her and they too had feathers.
Food was good and hot. I don’t blame them for the long wait time, it’s holiday season so no blame there it’s to be expected we have to be patient. Just give us a better experience of service and no feathers.
Delivery order was late and missing parts of my order for which I was charged. The sticker on the bag indicating it was properly sealed for safety was torn and half the bag had clearly been opened prior to delivery. The corn leaked oil through the delivery bag all over my table. I called to ask for a refund for the items I did not receive and the employee told me he couldn’t help. He said he’d make a note for the general manager to process a refund. However he couldn’t tell me when that would happen. I also complained that 2 of the 10 wings in one of the containers were nothing more than a small piece of breading. He replied that WingStop changed chicken suppliers and the new wings were much smaller but they were hopeful they would change back to the old supplier. I replied that there’s a difference between a small wing and a piece of breading. Again, he replied there was nothing he could do. I will make sure I receive my refund for the food I paid for and didn’t receive. After that, my family will never be ordering from WingStop again.
Staff was friendly cheerful, I felt comfortable. Chicken was OMG delicious, juicy and very tender. I loved it! Great choice of rubs and sauces. I can't wait to get more!
The first time I tried this place I was disappointed but I thought, well maybe it was just me. Well, we tried it again tonight and I ordered a Chicken Sandwich plain with just pickles. They can't manage to put the pickles on the sandwich. The bun was hard as a rock people are just. Outright don't care how they send the food wouldn't eat at this place again and anytime I see someone walking in it. I'll let him know.
I used to love Wingstop. Unfortunately since the Pandemic most places have taken a huge hit on quality and this place isn't excluded by any means ...So disappointed with my last experience there.... Absolutey the coldest, oldest fries you could ever imagine, the seasoning on my wings was so heavy you could see it all over my container and the rolls we paid extra for were literally hockey pucks....Check out my pictures and that's all you'll need to know. I'd highly avoid this spot and the horrific food they serve and had the audacity to charge 25$ to feed two people ????♂️????
The dark skin guy with the beard handed me my food, after it sat cold on the rack for 15 mins before anyone would help me and said “go on”. Then him and the short light skin with long hair started screaming and fighting with another customer. Very unprofessional.
