I wish I could recommend this place, but after my experience, I strongly advise steering clear. The service is abysmal. When I called to place an order, the person on the other end repeated themselves endlessly, yet still managed to get my order wrong. The wait times were atrocious, and the food? Disappointing at best. The fries were soggy, and it was clear nobody cared about the quality.
After waiting for my food, I specifically asked if everything was in the bag. They confirmed, yet when I got home (a 20-minute drive), I discovered items were missing. Calling back to express my frustration was a waste of time—zero empathy or accountability. I had to drive back, wasting even more time and gas, only to be met with more indifference. My food, now cold and gross, just added to the whole disaster.
Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to eat. Wingstop's lack of care for their customers and their product makes it impossible to recommend.
Not good. I’ve ordered here over the last few years. If you’re going to eat here- make sure you order something in sauce- A lot of sauce. Consistently over cooked and mummified looking wings. Not sure who else serves wings near-by so I end up punishing myself with their food from time to time.
Not cheap either. The worst of both worlds.
The food was good--we ordered the boneless Wing Combo for 2. He had a habanero flavor, and I had parmesan. He enjoyed his hot stuff. I wasn't so fond of the pile of powdered parmesan on mine. It was not great. I felt the same about the fries.
The big problem I had with our visit was the restaurant itself. Every table was filthy. And the men's room was out of toilet paper and paper towels! Eeewww.
I will order the wings again, excluding the piled on powdered parmesan, but I will avoid the restaurant especially during the lunch hour.
Very poor service. Snobby if I must say. Not clean, none of the workers wore gloves, hair not put up in nets. Touching face, on their cell phone not washing hands. Very dissatisfied!!
Also all the tables and floors were disgusting. Didn’t dare go into the restroom.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting boneless wings at this location! Every single time we order boneless it’s always a disappointment . They are dry extremely small like they overcooked it so there was no chicken left but the batter!! My husband was very upset at his order like come on wingstop do better! How is a grown man going to eat a kids pinky sized wing meal. Also there was no sauce on the wings or tenders as it said and looked on your poster! I paid $25 for these two little meals definitely not worth it!!
Received pink chicken today on Labor Day. Disgusted and disappointed with management. Why leave these kids alone when clearly they can’t run the store!
It’s your typical run of semi-fast food. James was great and really helped make sure our order was right the first time.
Friendly service, quick in and out for take out orders.
