Best WLM Reviews
I just picked up my order from Wingstop (Gulfgate) and let me tell you! I got all flat, well done lemon pepper wings. These wings are chefs kiss. Whoever the cooks are at this location must be kept at all cost. ???????? love this location. Everyone is nice and very welcoming.
I’ve been to this Wingstop plenty of times out of my local Wingstop’s. This is the one that I would prefer to go to. This visit I had beat the rush. Someone was available to help me as soon as I walked in the door the cashier was nice. she seemed new. I had to repeat myself a couple of times, but hey, it happens it was pretty clean not that many people dining in. I feel like every time I go there there’s always a wet floor sign up. Lol One of the employees was restocking the drink supplies I did notice towards the end of my visit while waiting for my food that a tile at the bottom of the register counter had came loose before leaving. I did inform an employee of that. My food came out in standard time. They seem to always over season the fries, so I got my fries with no seasoning on it and honestly I feel like going forward. I will always get them that way.
"Absolutely delicious chicken wings! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The sauce options were fantastic, and each flavor was packed with bold, mouth-watering taste. Highly recommended for any wing lover!"
Food was really hot and good. Service was good. Had to wait for the food but it was really worth the wait plus it was fresh so I didn't mind the wait.. definitely recommend this location over the one on fuqua.. so it was worth the extra miles
They gave me a tiny piece of burned fat as a chicken tender. There's a quarter in the picture so you can see how tiny their tenders are.
Obviously this place has incompetent workers. The girl probably in her 20' acting like she hasn't heard a name before and trying to give us problems before ordering. We'll take our business elsewhere if you can't hire appropriate workers. Fire these kids that can't get anything done. Then they watch us leave and laughing jokes on them with their dirty face and clothes. Gross to even have them touch food.
Quickly serviced. Restaurant well in order and neat.
Customer service was excellent! A young lady named Ivy helped make me feel welcomed & comfortable. Food was prepared at a well timely manner and was all well done! Nothing was missing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends about the store and location.
I disliked the fact that as a paying customer that was willing to wait extra time for chicken to be extra crispy I was told that it couldn't be done because they had many orders. I've never had this issue being that my family like their wings well done and is always able to be accommodated rather its this location or another.
