I came w/ my dad and bro for a sunday pre-game lunch before heading over to AT&T Stadium for a Cowboys game.
We got 30 wings and were able to pick 6 flavours so we went with lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, hickory smoked bbq, hawaiian and mild. We also had to grab some of that infamous wingstop ranch sauce!
The wings were big, crispy and juicy! In terms of ranking, I'd go:
1. garlic parmesan
2. lemon pepper
3. hawaiian
The mild flavour was mid. Not sauced enough and actually slightly overcooked.
I will say, I'm genuinely surprised at the aggregate low score this Wingstop has. Most of the low reviews mention delivery orders being wrong a lot but we dined in so we didn't encounter this issue.
We DID have to wait a long time for our wings though, so maybe that's another reason why they have low ratings. I wanna say 20-25 min for our wings (and this was without anyone in the resto BEFORE ppl started piling in for lunch)? At least we knew they were fresh? But at the same time 80% of the order was cooked perfectly and the remainder was slightly overcooked so there's that (luckily the ranch solves everything).
I enjoyed this Wingstop! They definitely should look to add more flavours to their menu though.
I ordered food here a couple nights ago, they gave my order to the wrong person so I never received it! I called and called no answer. I decided to order Again and I’d keep calling to see about my order I never received! I Order again, my food gets there and it’s WRONG. I called AGAIN, no answer! I bite into one of my boneless wings just for it to be RAW and mushy!! I called 3 more times, NO ANSWER I have a newborn baby so getting up and going up there wasn’t an option for me especially with it being 40 degrees outside this night!! The next day was thanksgiving, so i decided to call today (Friday) NO ANSWER! This is crazy to me that they run their establishment like this! I want my refund for both orders but won’t answer their phones?! Ridiculous!!
My fries were dry, cold, and unseasoned. The chicken was uncooked and soggy. I got Louisiana Rub for one of my flavors, but they put no rub on the chicken. Terrible experience. I have no idea if this location is under new management, but it wasn’t always like this.
I haven’t had Wingstop in a while, and I decided to stop here after the Woman Evolve conference to get a quick snack, and I’m glad I did. They come out with new flavors and more sides. The wings were off the chart. I love Wingstop wings, their new spicy honey sauce is on point. And the brownies are so good.
I’d describe my experience as the worst fast food experience ever, I’ve heard of technical issues and understand them but what I don’t understand is not apologizing or sympathizing with me as well as ignoring me throughout the technical issue and even after the food was done I waited a good 10 minutes just staring at it as no one would even acknowledge me. The manager on shift October 22nd at 8pm is trash and I’d love it if you would reconsider either retraining him in the customer service sense or choosing someone else who can actually do their job right and not whine and groan over doing the bear minimum such as apologizing for their mistake.
Service timeliness, and atmosphere are lacking. Food is good, but to be honest with you it feels like pulling teeth when ordering from either one of the Wingstop in this area..
Orders are not on time the time things are missing people at the counter are not very friendl… however on the rare occasion, you do sometimes get someone nice
We would probably order from Wingstop more if it wasn’t such a pain .
Got my order wrong, but gave me no issues and made it right and made sure I was happy before I left. Always a good experience when the right person is in charge.
The little girl that answers the phone is extremely rude & basically impossible to get a hold of. i had to call atleast 10 times on 2 different phones and kept getting cut off and put on hold. i had to get my uber driver to get out and ask to speak to a manager because i could not get ahold of anyone inside and had been on hold for over 15 minutes & was still met with the rude little girl. I would not be writing this if a manager would have answered and got to address the situation and their employees rudeness to them however thats not what happened and therefore i have to make my first damn review. this whole ordeal made me lose my appetite completely and i definitely will never be returning to this wingstop, i understand the low ratings now.
