Wish I had read the reviews before coming. Employee’s cigarettes on the cash register. Horrible attitude when I didn’t hear her ask for my name for my order. Never eaten at a Wing Stop so didn’t know that was the procedure. Ice machine didn’t work and with an eye roll I was told the drinks are still cold. They in fact were not cold and were flat. Had to go get my own drink. Music was turned on after I sat down. It was super loud and words were offensive and inappropriate for business use. Fries were cold and old. Wings were mediocre at best. STAY AWAY!!
The steps are unkind and very rude. I felt very unpleasant.
The staff are unfriendly and seem unprofessional. When I asked how much longer the food would take because it was delayed, the person at the front responded, “I don’t know, the kitchen staff would know.” I was shocked that an employee could give such an absurd answer. I believe this person is not qualified to work here.
They completely forgot 16 of my boneless wings and forgot to give me all 6 servings of the ranch I ordered. Plus, I ordered garlic parm wings and they said they didn’t have any parm cheese for the wings. Wings and fries were definitely sitting for awhile before handing them to us because of how cold they were.

Please avoid this place! Ordered boneless wings online, it said 16-21. Got there in 20 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes. Two young girls at the front counter on their phones while 2 young men in the back laughing and joking while so many people in the lobby waiting. Plus this place was filthy.
I finally get my food and I get a few cold hard little chicken nuggets with a little bbq sauce drizzled on them.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this place and it keeps getting worst! Not sure how this location is still up and running. This place needs to be closed down!
This place is disgusting. Everything is filthy. The floors, walls, coke machine, bathrooms. Staff is rude. I went in to order and there were a 2 people talking to manager and cashier (they already ordered). No one greeted me so I went to restroom. The awful smell I'm there. Black walls by sink and in stalls. Caked soap in wall and weeks of hands and finger prints on stall doors along with caked dirt on paper towel machine and exit door handle.... i refused to use that bathroom. I walked out and saw the little station by the drinks a sticky mess, dirty tables. Sticky black floors under high chairs and in corners. Manager walking with her thong showing. I just left. I've never witnessed anything this awful outside of some kind of dessert truck stop....
The only reason why they got two stars for the food because the wings were pretty good other than that the fries was cold and burnt it took a very long time I do not understand how in the hell this supposed to be a wing expert when it take you about an hour to get 20 wings. Rick Ross you got to do better.
Don’t waste your time going here. Extremely slow (I waited an HOUR for 15 pieces of chicken, cold fries, even the ranch wasn’t good!!), unprofessional staff (the red haired pregnant lady giving nasty looks, not being attentive to the customers, told me I should’ve reminded her of my order… umm isn’t that what you get paid for?! Smh. Lobby area was not as clean as it should’ve been. The soda machine was out of a lot of selections. 0/10 do not recommend. However I do recommend the owner, corporate needs to stop and see for themselves. Fire everybody and start over maybe then this location can have a chance
It smelled horrendous in there. I can’t put it to words but it smelled like a high school bathroom in the worst way possible. Food was fine but you can tell nobody working there wanted to be there.
