They intentionally forgot to hand over the dessert to the Uber eats driver, making it look like that the driver didn’t get them the chance to pack up all the items as per the driver that wasn’t the case, as the package was all sealed when the driver picked it up. It’s so disgusting behavior; that’s called stealing the item from customers order. This issue should be investigated as the manager & staff are held accountable for making sure that they hand over all the items. Or rectify the situation.
Terrible service. I order food about 20-30 minutes before I came in and when I arrived I still had to wait at least 20 minutes more before I received my food (hot honey wings, but I received dry wings). The workers there have an attitude and it is a very filthy place
When they first opened it used to be good now it's not. When you order ahead of time you so have to wait 20 to 30 minutes longer. And you would think since I waited a whole 25 longer after my food should've been done they would've apologized but nope nothing. Then I asked for a hot sauce & the girl charged me???? like really after me waiting all this time she could've hadn't me that. This was my last time coming here very disappointed. I refuse to give my money away like that
I went to this Wingstop place expecting a yummy meal and a nice time, but i got the opposite. They dont call out your order, wait time is 30-60 minutes, and its also very dirty. I was disappointed, disgusted, and dissatisfied. This place is a disaster. The fries were burnt, and there was a dirty water leak on top of my table going on my food. i strongly advise you to go eat some place else. Wish I could rate 0 stars.
First time ever leaving a review only because of how bad the service is. Ordered food, meal was missing, was told they will refund me the missing items, never happened. Today, my kids wanted wingstop again, what are the chances of missing food happening twice. Ordered food, 60 bucks, one meal missing, all drinks missing. Call the store, 40 minutes on hold! I'm STILL on hold as I'm writing this! They should all be FIRED for their horrible service! I will never go to wingstop ever again, delivery nor Dine in!
Place is ABSOLUTELY horrible!!!! Order a simple meal, waited 1 hour and half for wings. Girl said they were 2 hrs back up with 10 employees working in kitchen. They had no ice on soda machine! The lid was not put on right, sauce all over the food bag. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!
Chicken was good but my neither one of my fries was not too edible or done. VERY THICK FRIES & NOT FULLY COOKED too hard to eat. I was very disappointed and I don’t want to get on social media so hopefully they do something about this cause this not okay.
Shantell had 5 star customer service. She greeted me and everyone else with a smile as well as helped me make sure my food was all there and didn’t mind doing so.
