Best WLM Reviews
I ordered 40 wings, but only 20 were included in the bag. Thankfully, I always check my sealed bag before leaving, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. On multiple occasions, they’ve forgotten items from my order. The customer service leaves much to be desired… one employee, in particular, who has dreads, is consistently disrespectful. They rarely take accountability for their mistakes or offer apologies.
The food quality is also disappointing; it never tastes fresh, and the fries are always extremely soggy. Unfortunately, this is the only Wingstop on Richmond Hwy, so it’s the most convenient option. However, they make it a hassle to resolve issues when they forget to include items in your bag or make mistakes.
I would've gave 5 stars, but the fries were lacking any seasoning. Other than that the wings were very good, they even gave me 2 extra pieces of wings. The staff was friendly & greeted me when I walked in. They are definitely under staffed as I only saw two people working there.
Ordered the sandwich Cajun meal online on the app today. This is what I get like be for real, I did not touch nothing there I opened it and this is was I saw? They didn’t even put enough Cajun sauce or nothing. I’m so mad because this is the first time I have to do this for this exact wingstop. I don’t know what’s wrong with some of the workers because some of them they be doing better. See the difference between when I order in person and online. (Online is first picture) (when I ordered in person second pic)
This place is trash. They need to close this store, worst customer service, there’s always something missing from your order. I will take McDonalds anytime of the day.
Check your food before you leave. They didn't even have my order so they had to rush to make it. Forgot to put the bone in wings in the bag. Called to get a refund and Eli told me he couldn't. Said the GM Dave would call me time next day, he never did. So now I gotta waste my time going back up there to get my money back. Food was OK. First time trying them. Definitely won't be returning. Everyone who came behind me had the same issue.
Ordered 24 wings .... received 13 in our "sealed" to go bag. Not a grain of salt on the fries either. Thanks for half a meal Wingstop after waiting 30+ min.
This place is slow. So show that Uber eats even canceled our order because of the slowness. My daughter really wanted wingstop for lunch so I went and picked up the food. When I got there I could see that there was no urgency in any one at the restaurant. When I got home, the wings ,boneless, were just ok. The French fries were dry with no seasoning. Very dissappointed.
Don't waste your time going here. I walked in to place my order and was told that they were not accepting walk in order. You have to order online and then pick up your food. Why am I being refused service and I'm standing right inside with money ready to purchase. Since when do fast food establishments require you to order online and not allow you to order in person. I should have checked the reviews first. I will not be back.
