Always a great place to eat at. Always at the ready to help when a mistake happens. My door dash had left my drink there and Wingstop had contacted me about it and offered me many solutions. A 5/5 stars.
I always place my order online and am not able to get a the flavor I want since I mix them together. Luckily Martin is always there when I come in cause he always helps me out and understands exactly what I want. Sometimes the other workers are confused. Yes, sorry I am a little complicated but thank you Martin for always helping me with my order and making sure everything is always in the bag.
When I was at wingstop November 3rd late at night, the lady who serviced us was very kind and sweet towards us as well as making other customers feel happy such as myself. It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend it.
I would definitely not recommend this location. I have been waiting on a refund and a callback from the district manager which never happened. I called today to check on the status just for Martin to say he is too busy and hang up in my face. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. I wish I would have read the reviews before thinking about ordering here. My issue was missing items
Food turned out great nothing was missing in the order. Service was fast and respectful. Cleanness was a little messy but overall good.
Ordered 10 bone out and 10 bone in, order was completely wrong. And fries were burnt to a crisp. They gave us somebody else’s order, the wait for the delivery was an hour and thirty minutes. Honestly not worth it at all, you save more time and hassle going and picking up the order yourself to be sure you’re items are correct
I know people say this a lot but I would quite literally give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered my food at 7:00pm. Did not receive it until 7:56. We were told they were prioritizing DoorDash orders. Is that a company standard? Because if so, it’s an incredibly poor one. The staff was rude. One of them was more concerned with their phone than their actual job. Pretty sure I watched one of them blow their nose in a rag and keep working. There was a person who ordered a dine in six piece meal that still had yet to receive their food when I got mine. Absolutely wild. Will never come here again.
Looked forward to this place but was ultimately disappointed. Hot wings were okay but a bit too vinegary for my liking. Louisiana Rub I expected to be nice an crispy but the skin was rubbery and soft, very disappointing. Flavour was decent though. When we arrived we were told that we had to wait a little for the fries to be done despite the website saying it's ready. Ended up waiting for quite a while and then finding out the fries were done and no one had told us. Fries seemed much older upon tasting them. No plans to eat here again.
