Ordered carry out for two this past Saturday night 10/12. I addressed a small issue with my order and employee named Chris took care of it. Very helpful and staff had excellent service all around. Young girl at the register was very kind. Thank you guys ????????
“Seasoned fries” our fries had no seasoning on them what so ever we even asked to make sure! Hands down the worst fries I’ve had from wing stop
Stopped by today Sat 8/24/24, the place was packed and people seemed impatient but I gotta give my respect for the employees who were very professional and handled being under pressure very well. After the wait the food was hot and fresh as always. Thank you crew for your hard work.
So I’m not one at all to complain and I’m not complaining right now, I ordered voodo fries, I got buffalo fries, ordered mild and Hawaiian, received original hot and mango habanero. Lady who took my order didn’t give a flying fish she looked in a rush and a little bit under the influence, later on when a nicer sweet short lady gave me my order, she gave me a free brownie for waiting basically an hour. This lady had amazing customer service compared to the one who took my order. Wasn’t mad at all just do better when yall have a rush! Thank you.
Awful. Put in an online order for 7:15pm, and arrived at this location at that time. I waited and was ignored in a line for 30 minutes before giving up and leaving. If you want to wait 45+ minutes for a cold chicken sandwich and fries this is the place to go!
Wing Stop wings are some of my favorite wings. However, it's starting to get a little too expensive. 6 traditional wings, fries, and drink for almost $12?! Yikes. They've started using bigger wings which I'm not a fan of. That probably explains why the price has gone up and why they take so much longer now than before to get orders out. This particular location was ok. Usual wait time and the staff could be friendlier.
Some of the staff there is great, others need to mirror their peers and step it up. While the service varies based on who you get, so far the food has been great all the time so I do appreciate that!! Please continue making the food fresh as you are now; just be proactive and greet customers at the very least when they walk in, don't let them stand there waiting for minutes just to be acknowledged, not seen because it's obvious you've seen us but say hi, I'll be with you shortly, SOMETHING to let your customer know that you'll get to then eventually
25 min for a single order on a slow day, ridiculous. I listen to loud music but when you have to uncomfortably raise your voice to listen to someone next to you is absurd. Soggy fries, and the wings just barely warm, too hungry to complain. ????
