I placed an online order at the Jefferson Ave location in Newport News Virginia on 10/30/2024. They completely bombed my order. The wings were old and dry. The fries weren't completely cooked and everything was cold. After work, I don't need to pick up an order incorrectly prepared, only to be told to drive all of the way back after a shower with no offer to fix the issue. I'm done
Amazing customer service, they were so friendly and the place was so clean! We ordered take out at 11:30pm and they had 15 other take out orders but were still nice and again the place was very clean. They did forget our fries but definitely go again
First time trying. Loved it. The person at order desk was friendly and helpful. Food was messy and tasty. That's a good thing. (Barbecue chicken wings with lots of sauce.) I like my fries crispy, and theirs were not that, but they had a good flavor. Not much in the way of atmosphere, but that didn't matter one whit.
I ordered a 15 piece lemon pepper/Louisiana rub. Chicken was good. My issue is with the fries and ranch. They gave me a 3/4 fulls basket of burnt fries. I know they knew them fries were burnt and still sent them out. Now to the ranch, the ranch was simply off. Whoever mixed the ranch needs to be moved to another task. In all my years of eating wing stop I’ve never had an issue with the ranch. Food simply cost too darn much for folks to be playing around.
Went on a Friday night. Place was clean and staff was hard at work. I waited about 15 minutes but everything was fresh and made to order.
the whole order was wrong, waited 45minutes. was not prepared right so they remade it just for it to be wrong again. I hadnt had a wingstop experience like this until now. very dissapointed. wrong wings wrong fries. I left as soon as they gave me my food bc I was already waiting longer than they had said. I had trusted it was correct the 2nd time. Overheard them mess up another persons order as well. I understand things happen just pleease give me a free meal.
Horrible Wing Stop. I would avoid this place at all cost. My order was packed horribly. Had my flavors mixed, couldn't tell what is what. Then they forgot my large fries and all my dips. So I have boneless chicken with no dips at all. Couldn't even eat the chicken. Just ridiculous service, and when I called, I greated rudely by the person in charge when I told him I had an issue. Ruined my dinner last night. Spent $50 on food there and all I could eat was the corn. Thanks Wing stop for ruining my dinner last night.
Cons: 1. Fries had no seasoning on them. 2. Garlic parmesan boneless wings were basically just plain wings. 3. Employees need to take more pride in what they do, I know it's Newport News, but it's not in the ghetto.
Pros: 1. Bone in wings had good seasoning/sauce. 2. The order was ready on time.
