Wingstop will forever the best place for wings but this location needs to get there shit together. I definitely understand the wait time at peek hours.
But the lack of maintenance in the dining area, let alone the restrooms can only give me an idea of what the kitchen looks like. If the Manager sees this review, please do something about it.
The website prompts you for a tip when ordering to go. I feel like if I don't leave a tip they will either F with our food or F it up... Well, they F'ed it up... Such an easy request... Fries well done with light seasoning. They are absolutely soggy and caked in fry seasoning. Wish I could take the tip back...
This review is for the manager Jocelyn! (Sorry I most likely misspelled your name) We placed an order threw Uber eats & received the wrong order. My kids were bummed because we don’t eat out often and the food we got delivered was ALL too hot for them to eat. I called wing stop and Jocelyn did not hesitate to make things right. She explained that she had see the order and that if we could come and get it she would make sure everything was made fresh . Thank you Jocelyn from an overwhelmed mama that was just trying to feed 3 HUNGY kids. Your awesome!!!
While the wings are good, I can not tell you a time we have visited this location where our order was not late, not incorrect, or not missing items. I don't honestly understand what is so difficult or hard to get, but after seeing the other reviews, I see I am not alone.
Ordered a pick up order. Arrived. They said it was ready. I order extra wings
20 minutes later. Ready. Go to the counter. Worker says the one for pick up has been sitting there. How do you forget my 10pc corn. If it was just sitting there. Came back. Say another 20 minutes. If you wanna spend your day. Waiting to eat. A nice cold meal. This is the place. Horrible.
i ordered online a chicken sandwich and for my luck the meat was raw so disappointed it was so hard first bit but i gave it the benefit of the doubt and check it and it’s raw and tried calling and no one answer i understand your guys are busy but don’t put raw food out
Slow, expensive, and not that good. And the menu is terrible. Why am I required to buy a drink? I don’t drink soda and the tea fountain drinks are always gross. You can taste the watered down sweet tea syrup concoction. No one is brewing tea back there. I get it. The purpose of making a beverage mandatory is a part of the profits but I really don’t like being forced to buy these sugar bomb beverages. And the flies, so many flies. Yikes.
the food was good but every time we have ordered here, they’ve gotten our order wrong. also one of the workers is so rude. when we came back to correct our order, she rolled her eyes at us and continue to give dirty looks. not worth the hassle, i would recommend going to a different wingstop location.
