I ordered off of Uber eats and not only did my driver eat some of my fries but the wings were nasty, old, and stale I also got sweet tea it tasted like they haven't changed it out in weeks not what I was expecting from Wingstop

Absolutely terrible customer service! I placed an order an hour ahead of time, and when I went to pick it up, they casually told me they were out of the Honey Hot sauce I ordered. No heads-up, no apology—just a demand to pick something else. When I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, they flat-out refused, saying they could only cancel the entire order. I reluctantly chose a different flavor and asked to speak to the manager, but was told he wasn't in yet.
I had to call back later when he arrived, and that’s when he agreed to a partial refund. However, he shockingly hung up on me during our conversation. When I called back, he repeatedly put me on hold. This level of disregard and rudeness from both the staff and management is completely unacceptable. I won't be returning after this awful experience.
After reading some of these reviews I must say I'm quite confused. People seem to be rating this establishment based on poor serviced provided by a THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE. Please, don't give this spot a bad rating because Door Dash or Uber Eats took forever to deliver or brought to the wrong address, that has nothing to do with the restaurant. I've worked in the food industry and once the food goes out the door the restaurant has zero control of the way it gets delivered.
Greeted as soon as I walked in by 2 different staff members, the guy at the register and another friendly wave from the kitchen. I had no idea what I wanted and Kevin was quick to suggest and explain different sauces. Was told it would be about 15 minutes so I walked back to the car and in less than 10 minutes here comes Kevin bringing the food right out to us! Good job dude, great customer attention!
Food was great, sauce and wings were on point. Definitely coming back.
Wish I would have taken a picture of the food but we were starving and devoured it in record time!
I LOVE the bone-in wings and cajun corn.
Staff here was a pleasant associate that helped me place my order.
The parking lot was trashed from patrons leaving grabage.
The outdoor tables were filthy and old condition.
Inside was clean but needed sweeping under tables and chairs.
Lady in the front was super nice and the food was great, the atmosphere could be better cleaner.
15 piece boneless Hawaiian wings……1/2 the order was tiny little pieces that they absolutely counted as “1”. Last time we ordered from here there was a tiny amount of sauce on the wings. Workers are always super rude! Was charged $2 for a tiny cup of their Hawaiian sauce because they put hardly any on there. Ridiculous! And yes the entire, almost $60 order, had these tiny pieces! Save your money and go elsewhere! Was wrong to give them a second shot!
BEWARE ⚠️⚠️ Spent $30 at this location and received frys that were burnt to a crisp! Way under sauced wings. Couldn't even taste the wing flavor they were so under sauced! Would not recommend this horrible location.
Hadn't been to a Wingstop in probably over 10 years. Doesn't seem to have changed at all.
Hate that they use Styrofoam!! Um its 2022, there are plenty of environmentally friendly containers to use. I probably won't order from any Wingstop again because of this.
The boneless wings were decent enough, nothin to really write home about. I got BBQ & kid got lemon pepper dry rub. I'd never had that before, it was pretty good.
The manager (I ???? think) was generous with ranch so that was unexpected & sweet.
Since they use Styrofoam containers & nothin special about the wings, I likely will not return to ANY Wingstop in the future, 'cause they don't care about ours.
