Best WLM Reviews
I went here two nights in row (I’m pregnant and it sounded good). The first night, the staff was amazing. Got everything correct, down to the well-done chicken tenders and lemon pepper fries. My husband went in today to pick up another order, the same thing except a large lemon pepper fry only for the lady to give him a regular. Asked for a large and was charged large and when he went up to the counter and asked for it, the lady gave extreme attitude and said “this is a large.” And without saying anything else just walked to the back of the store. The tenders were also soggy and not well done. Instead of trying to get our food made correctly, we went to a different location where it was done with a smile.
I was enjoying my wings, half way done until I saw one that had something on it I looked closely and it seems to appear there were 3 feathers on them I am very disappointed never visiting this location again.
Came here today to celebrate an accomplishment. Made a big order online only to come home and find out I’m missing an order of wings. I called and the girl seemed really nice about it. I let her know I’d be there in 15 minutes to pick up what was missing. I get there only to have some teenager come and tell me she made my order and everything was in there. I honestly wouldn’t be calling if everyone had their food! One person didn’t have there wings and the girl still has the nerve to tell me everything was in there and to show her the bag…. I figured they did their job and made sure EVERYTHING was in there. Rudely she said she would make what was missing. Unbelievable honestly. Poor girl that helped me demeanor changed after she asked where my order was got attitude from the “cook” bish do your job right then!
Food was good, but the place was a hot mess. Staff were dropping food and just kicked it under the fryers. The cashier person was less than friendly, they were super unorganized with their online orders. I saw 4 door dashers walk out because it was taking "too long" I'm sure the food was there and ready as they had tons stacked up, but no idea what they were really doing.
The food was pretty good, the atmosphere was to be expected and the service was okay. The reason for my score is that the menu and policy annoy me. I don't typically drink soda and don't normally get combos with wings, but if you order wings by themselves, you can order a maximum of 10. To get more, you have to complete a separate transaction. The wings don't come with sauce or veggies unless you get a combo, which is about $2 more. The price between 8 and 10 wings is around $2, but 12 and 15 is around $7, which makes no sense. You can only get two flavors per order. But, if you get two six-piece combos, you can suddenly get more flavors and food, and it's only about $2 more than the 10 piece.
Riddle me this, batman.
I checked my order in the car because the cashier was quite spacey. Sure enough, they forgot my corn. The veggies also had about two tablespoons of water wrapped in the paper, which went everywhere when I opened it. Not cool.
The Cajun corn was so good I wish I had ordered more. Overall, the food was pretty tasty, and I'd probably still go back and get the aforementioned double six-piece. I had the Korean barbecue and garlic parmesan boneless wings. I'd get actual wings or tenders, though, cause each one was pretty small.
There is a Buffalo Wild Wings in the same parking lot, and I was required to look longingly at it as I got in my car.
ATTENTION WingStop Customers:
Do you want to endure an hour plus long wait, far exceeding the estimated time, just to receive your order?
Do you crave a terrible level of customer service, where the staff's indifference rivals that of a rundown fast-food joint?
Are you eager to dine in an establishment that resembles more of a neglected dumpster than a place of culinary delight, with filth and debris lining the tables where you are expected to eat?
Do you enjoy the thrill of returning home only to find your meal colder than Antarctica, necessitating a trip to the microwave just to salvage some warmth?
Are you fond of wings so desiccated and flavorless that you might as well be chewing on cardboard?
Do you relish the experience of incessantly pestering staff for updates on your order, only to be met with snide remarks and dismissive attitudes from the employee’s verbatim “I heard you the first time ”
Do you have a soft spot for limp, lackluster fries that leave you questioning their seasoning and freshness?
Are you a fan of adding your own sauces to mask the utter blandness of your meal, lack of sauce or seasoning as if the kitchen forgot to include any semblance of flavor?
Do you find joy in wasting precious hours of your day composing futile emails to corporate, knowing full well that neither the store manager nor the district manager will give a single care about your concerns?
Ladies and gentlemen if you answered yes to any of these questions above, get ready to eat the worst wings, worst customer service and worst food experience of your life at Wingstop store #1627 at 2885 S. 5600 West Suite A

We went on a night that was super busy for this location so it took quite a while to get our food. Once we did it was definitely #worththewait. The voodo fries were really good with the cheese and ranch. We chose the Spicy Korean Q and Garlic Parmesan flavors. Overall, the wait was really long, but we left feeling full and satisfied.
The prices for wings are ridiculously high & I’m very disappointed that the quality of my wings was very bad.If you want undercooked wings with very little sauce this is the place. My wings were not even fully covered in sauce and had very little seasoning aside from being chewy. I couldn’t even get another bite. I paid 25 dollars for just 10 classic wings and ranch. I even requested well cooked to avoid the same soggy quality from a previous order. my previous experience at this location was just as bad. Never again I’ve learned my lesson. General Manager and employees GET IT TOGETHER ! It’s not so hard the timer of the wings does the job for you already it’s not hard to click the extra time cooked. No need to rush just because you want to go home already I pay full price I expect the to receive good quality. What’s the mission statement of this company? ?
