Upon walking into this establishment there was a very musty odor to it. The floors and tables are littered with condiments, food and trash. The dining environment is cluttered with kitchen supplies. The staff is the opposite of warm and welcoming. Preparation time for our food was an hour after being told it would be 25 minutes. Wings are over cooked and dry, fries are cold and stuck together.
I won't be back. Said my wait would be 25 min. It took almost 40 min to get my food. That is a ridiculousy long time to wait for chicken. And food was not great. Chicken sandwich tasted like a cheap frozen patty. Fries not seasoned. Tenders taste like frozen tenders from a bag. Not impressed whatsoever. Don't waste your time.
Wings are great and the service is good too. Always slammed but they take care of their guests one at a time. The night manager is a gentlemanbensis quite accomodating.
First off its FREEZING in there idk how the people are even working.
Next i waited 30 MINUTES for S.I.X wings, a fry and veggies sticks

This place is very nasty I worked there 3 weeks and they never changed their oil to fry the food place was a mess all the time and I pick up my last check on Nov 12. 2024 I also order food for my whole house bc I heard they got better and my whole house got sick
I ordered a boneless wings and they gave me a wrong flavor!! And it tasted so bad I couldn’t even eat it!! Too much oil and Too salty you can taste nothing but salt !!!
The place is filthy, the workers do not wash their hands, the manager is unsanitary & they are unorganized!! I placed an order and waited for over 1 hour after being advised that my wait time was 25 mins all for them to tell me they accidentally voided my order out.
Wings used to be huge. Ordered two days in a row, dried up and so hard. Very disappointed
