Excellent when I request to allow the wings to be cooked well done they are well done just how I like it ...I dont like soft white meat..ijs
Go to the one on fourth street it’s 100% better. I placed an online order yesterday. And the cashiers were very friendly and great however kitchen crew was just chillin no rush whatsoever one of them was even leaning against the rack where they place the orders.
The store manager was there for what who knows because she didn’t even continue to work on my order till a while later she was just walking around laughing and joking with the crew in no rose whatsoever. It’s honestly painful to watch someone have little to no work or management ethic. Based of most of the reviews she’s the constant issue here she should’ve been replaced by now.
I got my food 40 minutes after I placed it which at first I didn’t mind at first because I had asked for it to be well done but I cannot believe the food that I got.once I got home the fries were soggy, the sauce on the mango habanero tasted old was extremely oily it didn’t even stay on the wing and on the original hot wings it felt raw on 2 of them I could literally taste the hair and skin of the chicken.
Not the first time that I have been unsatisfied it’s the first time it’s been this bad tho.
My cashier Nicole was awesome and even talked me into getting the new voodoo french fries and they were awesome definitely getting them next time
I have been a customer of this location for years and the food is always great. The service is welcoming and the lobby and bathrooms at this location are very clean every time I visit.
Wing Stop is full of flavor. The inside is always clean. They write your name on you bag.

Good nice sized wings. Hot and cooked well. I ordered veggie sticks and got fries. Jesus and his manager really need to be more conscientious. When I called back, Jesus changed his story a few times. The order being incorrect was the detractor.
Here it is a year later from my first review. Out of 15 wings I got one flat and the drums were overcooked. I was given a partial replacement of 10 flats since I brought back 5 of the drums from the day before....most of which I had taken a bite of and threw in the trash. Jose kept saying I ate them. Then he admitted they charge $.20 each extra for flats. Thus the explanation of why we got drums.
It's simply a money thing and has nothing to do with being ethical. Bringing them back was only a courtesy on my part at that. Above all I found a hair in my food the second time around. See photo. Never again!
My husband went to this location today and asked for our wings to be cooked a little longer because we like them to have a little crunch. The cashier tells my husband that they couldn’t do that after just getting a full order did this way a couple days ago. So he proceeded to tell her if the wings come out not the way he requested then he would send them the order back. The lady then tells him well if you’re going to do that then we can just go ahead and cancel the whole order. My question is why is it that we can’t have our food the way we ordered it if we are paying customers. It wasn’t a problem before the other locations don’t have a problem with it. I forgot to mention she stated that it’s their policy which I didn’t understand exactly. So the policy is Wingstop will not cook wings for extra time if asked. Customer service terrible.
My wings were not fully cooked.They did replace 20 wings with 10 tenders but they were not fresh,It was a very disappointing experience, the worse part we even got food poisoning.
