Well something about the flavor was off. The employees all seemed unmotivated and unguided. I guess that’s why we waited 45 minutes for some wings.
Terrible management/service. Placed an online order that said it would be ready at 7:01. Showed up at 7:04 and was told 20 more mins. We brought up ETA the app provided and were told the stores system is not linked to the app. 20 mins later still no food. Asked for the status. This time they couldn't find my ticket in the stack of pending tickets. Meanwhile, they were shuffling everyone else's tickets while looking for mine. Asked for the manager and requested a refund. Dominique (manager) said she could not process the refund because it was an online order. The only manager that could process it, is at another store. She said the manager would be calling us at 8 to process the refund. We left our contact info. Here it is 8:58 and still no phone call from said manager.
Grossed out. One of the team members casually in her phone in the back. Packed my food bare hands. No hand washing. All I could think of was all the gross things she touched that are on the phone and now on the food. Not to mention face oils. I lost my appetite.
Every time I come to this location, I am greeted with such great customer service. The orders always come out fast, hot and tasty. It's definitely one of the better San. Antonio locations!
Literally ordered 30 minutes ago and have been waiting up here for a to go order and just to find out they never even started the order and now I've been told it'll be another 15 min wait absolute waste of time. And the people here have horrible communication with each other to be making people wait nearly an hour for 10 wings and 3 tenders it's outrageous.
Food service was pretty wack and the food gave me a stomach ache,out all the wingstops ive been to,this by far is the worst,which sucks since its the one closest by my house
Wings were horrible. Took them to a party and didn't want to deal with returning them. 30 pack of cold , very dry, hard overcooked yucky wings. I will never ever go there again
FOUR of us got FOOD POISONING last night. There’s obviously unsanitary conditions and cross contamination happening.
