Best way to put it Wing Stop is not for me. Chicken was dry no sauce, the fries were good. First and last time sorry, I tried and that is best I can do. The service was okay
First time I went there 2 weeks ago, it awesome. Chicken was hot and fresh. Well tossed with the sauce. The fries were hot and delicious. Tonight(11/25/24) , it was the exact opposite. I called in an order on a slow Monday night and received old tenders that had been cooked well before I called. (Took me 5 minutes to arrive at the location after I called in the order). The tenders were cold and old. Not tossed well in the sauce. The fries were at least warm but not as good as the previous visit. Had me hooked but now I’ll spend my money at the jersey mikes next door. Only reason it’s not 1 star is because of my first visit. People work hard for their money. Do better.
Kind of disappointed ordered a 10 count only got 8….flavors were on point. Would be nice to get 2 extra next time. Did someone just count wrong? (HAWAIIAN & LOUISIANA RUB)
If my stomach could speak it would be able to detail the horrors that it went through last night trying to digest this food. My stomach acid had to fight tooth and nail for hours breaking down them wings. It got so bad to the point where my body’s immune system had to kick in and attack them wings along with my stomach. This battle went on for hours with every fart or burp almost resulting in a disaster! This fight was so serious my immune system weakened to the point that a common cold could have finish me off.
Don’t even get me started on my toilet. Out of everything it got it the worse. Have anyone ever seen their toilet become suicidal before? After that night I caught my toilet flushing down a whole bottle of antidepressants. It had all the hotlines you can think of on speed dial that’s how close it was to just ending it all. I really can’t believe those wings scared my toilet. Now I’m trying to get the toilet therapy so it can flush out its problems and perhaps gets some ptsd medicine to. If all else fails the I will haft to get a new toilet. Because I don’t know what imma do with a depressed toilet. It won’t let me flush anything down it anymore. I guess it’s reminded of those Wingstop wings and I totally understand why it feels that way. My immune system is still trying to recover from that galactic food poisoning the food gave me.
Seriously, if you are considering eating here please read my story and reconsider. Your toilet will thank me later.
The chicken was actually pretty good, but the service strongly outweighed the quality of the food. Rude staff and ignored for a while when walking in. Food was being placed on the shelves without calling out names. Saw one girl sitting there for 10 minutes while her food was on the shelf behind the counter the whole time.
The food here is very inconsistent. The last time I was here, it was excellent. The fries were nice and crispy. The chicken was flavorful and the portion was large. This time, I ordered the same thing and the fries were so damp and soggy. The chicken didn't have as much flavor, and the pieces were so small (like five corn kernels pressed together). It's as if they cut their normal size pieces of chicken in half. The soda was also a bit flat. So, I ended up making my own chicken at home because the meal that I paid for wasn't at all filling. I didn't finish the fries or soda.
We ordered a 15 piece wings and 10 corns and only got 14 pieces of wings and 9 of corn! We’ve been ordering at this place since they opened and slowly they’ve been slacking! . I will keep ordering from this place but I just hope they do a better job !
I had been Doordashing and picking up orders for two individuals. While the store was incredibly busy, several orders were sitting on the shelves without being called out by anyone. I was ignorwd for ten minutes trying to figure out if any were my orders, and when I finally got someone to speak to me, both of the orders had been sitting on the shelves. Later in the evening I decided to order for myself, and when I went to pick it up, there were three other individuals in the lobby with me. The young woman who was working the register was making jokes with the person bagging orders, and the person waiting for his order in front of me had not been helped. Both girls were joking around, showing each other things on their phones, and ignoring the customers. I waited for 7 minutes to receive my order. Then the drink I received was just carbonated water.
