How is this place still in business? Ordered twice now and they’ve cancelled the order both times on different occasions! Must be a franchise store as they clearly don’t care how the store operates! 3.2 star rated and dropping! Clean house and get a staff. Not hard. One of my favorite places to eat but this store is simply atrocious!
The place was empty when we arrived, but it was quick service and friendly staff. We ordered our foods and they came correct and hot. The wings are delicious and the fries are so good with the perfect amount of seasoning. Make sure you got plenty of napkins as they are messy!
Gross! No one wearing hats or gloves. No one smiling. Waiting still over 25 minutes. A worker has his baby in the back with all the hot grease. Everyone had earphones or ear buds on. To go orders take priority. No one washing hands. Nope. Never again!
This was absolutely the worse Wingstop I’ve ever conducted services with. Each and every time I order, they steal my money with providing the incorrect order. Tonight I ordered all flats and paid extra for my order to include other items and received less than what I paid for with cold, hard tiny pieces of boneless chicken when that was not what was ordered. When I called over an hour before they closed, NO ONE answered the phone. After 10+calls before closing. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. The owners and investors should be aware and notified. Store 1049 needs more management and training regarding customer service. I will be calling Again In the morning and ensuring the corporate office is notified of the scam like actions being conducted. I will also be providing this review on all platforms. Thx.
Whoever this place had working on September 27th 2024 on close shift should be fired!! If I could give zero stars I would. On this date we came in an hour before close. The workers inside denied us service, said that they can’t do walk ins, only pick up orders. We proceed to the car and pulled out our phones to where it says there’s 45min left to order for pickup on doordash. So we proceed to start placing our orders.. Mind you, it’s still an hour before close and just as we are about to pay and confirm our order, they lock the doors inside and turn off their lights!.. We ended up not ordering because we assumed we’d be scammed out of our money at this point.. That is legitimately rude and extremely unprofessional. They need to do better with who they hire!
We had four orders, one was wrong. There was not a trash can for customers so there was trash left by customers on several tables. The soda dispenser is moldy as was the tea dispenser and the tea tasted moldy. There was some sort of sauce on the wall of the front counter. The staff complained about customers in front of other customers. Over all filthy and food was gross. Even the hand sanitizer dispenser, which I really felt that I needed to use because of the condition on the place, was covered in grime. Never again.

This Wingstop in Clarksville is the worst! Walked in, and they wouldn’t take my order—said only online orders were allowed. Seriously? What kind of place refuses service to customers standing right there? The staff was rude and clearly didn’t care.
Corporate needs to step in and either shut this place down or do a complete overhaul. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs!
My food was good, but PLEASE CLEAN THE DRINKS MACHINE!!! It is disgusting. I can’t even think how the kitchen is…
