I come here often and they prepare the food exactly how I order it, it’s perfect every time! I had the pleasure of meeting Chris today. When I called he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal. When I came to pick up my order Chris was helpful, friendly, and happy. I have been in the service industry for a very long time and my standards are high. Chris’s service elevated my experience this evening and I just had to leave a review!
Nov 2023 - Wingstop on Mason Rd here in Cinco Ranch/ Katy was great today, thanks to Sol. She did an exceptional job helping us order and delivering our food to the table. She even asked if everything was "ok" halfway through our lunch. The service was great. The place was clean. The atmosphere was typical of a Wingstop. I love the new drink dispenser. My special order came out perfect. I like my wings crispy and wet.
SEVERE FOOD POISONING!! Please do not eat here, I ordered here before reading reviews which I deeply regret, if you look on yelp others experienced this traumatic event. I’ve been vomiting all day after I ate from here. The sickest I’ve felt in so long. I ordered Hawaiian and Original wings, they tasted a bit of but in an overcooked way, I didn’t think much of it, I wish I did tho…This is very dangerous and sickening why is this place still open?!
Customer service was horrible, workers were very argumentative about the food they messed up. They argued with my sister as well and she was being very respectful to them. There were other customer there with messed up orders as well and cold fries. Then when the were asked to remake the fries they just refried the cold ones originally placed in the bag. We will never return to this location for food. I wish there was a manger I could report the whole night shift too. Their attitudes are horrible and unacceptable.
Came in for dinner after a long hard day. Ordered and proceeded to pour a glass of sweet tea. It seemed that the tea had been sitting for a while, as it was bitter (old). Told Sol and she refused to do anything about it. She kept giving excuses so that she would not have to change it out. Asked her to taste tea herself and again, she refused and gave excuses. Have never had this experience here, and won't let this stop me from returning, but she should not be upfront, as her customer service skills are horrible!!! All she kept saying was, "No one else has complained!" Had it not been almost 8pm, I would have cancelled my order and requested a refund!!!
they don't listen or they can't read. My boyfriend & I recently moved to Katy from Pearland Tx, not a big difference but the customer service & quality of food is 100% better & they go above & beyond in Pearland.
At this location (Katy), we requested our fries to be extra well done, meaning you leave it the fryer longer than the initial time but I'm guessing they can't read or understand the request. We also ask for our wings to be extra wet , meaning you put a little more sauce in the wing box. Again, they were as dry as KFC chicken. Very upsetting to experience poor quality from them. Please do better & higher better employees who can read a screen & understand it. Won't be coming back to this location ever.
Made a while order for over $200 in wing and they forgot the ranch and blue cheese for all the wings and vegetables. One star it’s too much. So disappointed on this store. Then door dash ask to settle for only $5. Back on the whole return.
Definitely not ordering wing stop again.
I ordered my food at home and although I didn't go to the restaurant everything was done very well
the food arrived on time and hot, well seasoned with everything in the bag from ranch, fork and ketchup
the well seasoned corn a considerable and good amount of parmesan
the drink has a good amount of ice and Hi-C
I will definitely order food at wingstop again ????????????
