Ordered my food before 8: 00 o’clock wasn’t done until almost 8:45! Picked up my order got home to eat the chicken had no seasoning. It’s completely dry and u have all drumsticks like I asked for that…I did not. The only thing good about this food it’s the fries and that’s because I poured ketchup all over them. Cashed to speak with a manager edit said he’ll leave a note got the morning manager to process a refund but he wouldn’t give me a name of who I’ll need to speak with. The area is completely sketch the atmosphere of off. Smh that I even went here to this location.
I asked for well done everything and this what I received. I will NEVER buy anything from here again. I wouldn’t care if it was the only wingstop open. It’s Ghetto and the service is Horrible. I asked for ketchup cause they only gave me 1 for a large order of fries,the girl Tamia was being smart by the mouth and wanna say it’s only 1 ketchup per order. I have never heard of that before. But don’t worry I would not spend another penny here. This was my first and last time
I placed a order for a late pick-up. I made the order at about 12:15pm to be ready at 2:30pm. But I get to the store at 2pm and my order is already ready just sitting on a shelf cold. I had other things to do which is why I wanted a scheduled order so I couldn't wait until they fixed my order. I got home and noticed the fries were burnt and possibly recooked several times. I ordered mostly boneless wings with 1 order of bone-in wings but those were missing. It was a horrible experience and the food was nasty. luckily my dog enjoyed it. I believe they are targeting speed over quality or someone wasn't paying attention.
Order for delivery ten minutes before my food should have been delivered my order was cancelled I still haven't received my refund and when I called the night of the cancellation no one answered... The next day the "manager" took all my info and said she will find my order and call me back I didn't hear from her again
I use to work there about a year! The GM manager is so rude and disrespectful I don't understand how she is a GM manager!! She tried to fight me on many times but never hit me, that is so unprofessional to a employee . even after she fired me, she seen me and still was harassing me not only that when I left because I was in a place of business as I'm in the car her daughter started staying Teresa where ur man at I want to fight him but I was with my uncle that's in his 60s !! Now I never done anything to this lady for her to harass me .. I'm going to do what ever I have to do to report her .. I don't want my job back I'm fine !! I just don't want her to be a GM manager
Sometimes I will go out of my way to go to another wingstop but this one is closer. The manager here is very unprofessional, I've witnessed several times where she is going back and forth with her employees. Also, I think it's suspicious how they will run out of chicken, how does a chicken joint run out of chicken?! Either they don't want to serve the customers or they're giving it out/taking it.
I specifically asked for well done winga. When she told me my wings would be done in 13 minutes I told her I wanted well done. Will there be extra cook time. Her response was "(I'll tell them in the back)". The mixed my chicken with them fries because my chicken is almost blond and my fries are a step from black.
Food took 30 minutes to come out, it was a 10 pc combo. The cashier Teresa, needs major improvement. Her attitude is bad, instead of giving my food when it came out she decided to take a phone call. My fries were also old.
