Walk-in: Walked in with my family of 4 at 6:11 pm today. They truly need better organization on order priority. Door dash and online orders take priority when I am actually dining in???? This is the second time my family has waited over and hour for regular orders (not mass quantity). I truly love wing stop but the wait times need to be addressed by upper management and changes put in place. Utterly disappointed as I type this.. still waiting
I remember 10 years or more ago going to my first Wingstop and it was the best experience, the people remember my name, they remembered how I like my wings, and it was professional even though it was ran by college teens. Those days are gone. This establishment is a joke starting from the people with poor service and attitudes, down to the food that has no attention to detail. I'm looking for this place to shut down within the next 6 months if not immediately.

Went in. Had time to use the wait standing without being greeted and use the restroom before anyone acknowledged another gentleman and myself waiting at the front. When we finally were serviced, it wasnt polite or courteous. Peeked in the bag before leaving, saw I had decent amount of fries (with my requested extra fry season) and VERY briefly peaked at wings. Seemed to be cool......got in the car, severely disappointed. I don't like "wet" wings. I'm used to garlic Parm having just enough butter/garlic for the Parm to stick. These look like they were dipped in a melted stick of butter. Garlic taste almost non existent. Fries look like I got the whole corner of the bottom of the bag. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this location.
UPDATE:
Spoke to manager about my order. They offered to remake it. I went in today and had the order remade. Angel was an absolute Godsend. She was working ALONE but had a positive attitude and made sure my food was fresh and done correctly.
Let’s say this one place that I’ve always love to come and enjoy my wings! The food is always on point and those flavors…. Ohh wee baby!! This is why I love this location because they always make sure the flavors marinates within the wings. I came in on Dec 6 2024 and I can say every business especially fast food is always busy and you got to make sure your food good so I don’t mind waiting especially when you’re cooking chicken, this why if I can give 10 stars I would because they all work hard to get our food, taste and quality on point and it does!! So I want to say Thank you Hardscrsbble!! Oh yes I’ll be back lol!!
Odd. This is the first time ordering from here. (Any Wingstop for that matter) The food was good. LOTS of fries. The ranch is delicious. The customer service was not good. The cashier just stood there. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. The other employee never spoke. The sauce on my strips was just generously haphazardly poured over them. (Presentation not there) I will try Wingstop again just maybe not this location. Had I read the reviews first, I probably would have tried another location.
I ordered a 6 piece wing combo at 6:49pm, it is now 8:10pm and I have yet to receive my food. There's a lobby full of people waiting in online orders. There are people walking in to place an order and the workers are saying 1 hour waiting. This is ridiculous. They are moving with no sense of urgency. I will never ever come to this location again! It takes a whole lot of patience to deal with a slow paced group of workers who don't even acknowledge every time the door opens and someone is at counter.
called to place an order and it was not allowed due to the wait. They also stated they do not take orders over $30. Came in to place my order they said it would be a 2 hour wait. There was about 8 people in the kitchen just standing around chatting while the entire lobby was full of customers waiting. Never experienced service this awful. Will not be returning. I suggest if you want wings to head over to beef o Bradys across the street
Always a long wait when we go in, today we thought to order online and use DoorDash. Delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes, door dasher actually canceled our order because he would have had to wait another 60 minutes. Not ok
